Q: How do you deal with stressors in your life? What kind of coping mechanisms do you utilize?
Depende mana dong Bran sa klase sa stress...
Me cool lang (mao jud ni perme ako panlaban sa stress), any problem got solutions.
Ex. 1. Sa work ( pag daghan kaajo, cool lang then take one thing at a time... always remember not to stress yourself with it... sa makaya lang... nindot kung humanon ang work before the deadline para dili magdalidali pag 11th hour na, pero moderately lang... moderately but surely...
