Jo Ann Altsman was vacationing in the woods of Pennsylavania in the United States with her housebroken Vietnamese pot-bellied pig Lulu, when she had a heart attack.
The pig noticed her owner having a heart attack, "cried" momentarily before rushing out to a nearby road to seek help from motorists, according to

Lulu did this by walking onto the road and laying down in front of upcoming vehicles, in the hope that a good samaritan would stop.
When motorists failed to stop, Lulu would go back and check on her beloved owner, before going back on the road to get help.
Lulu persisted and finally, a young motorist stopped and contacted paramedics.
