Unsa toy seven deadly sins? Medjo nakalimot na ko, mao nga nagpalaban ko  sa lista gikan sa www.allaboutgod.com:

Lust – to have an intense desire or need: “But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart” (Matthew 5:28).

Gluttony – excess in eating and drinking: “for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags” (Proverbs 23:21).

Greed - excessive or reprehensible acquisitiveness: “Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, with a continual lust for more” (Ephesians 4:19).

Laziness – disinclined to activity or exertion: not energetic or vigorous: “The way of the sluggard is blocked with thorns, but the path of the upright is a highway” (Proverbs 15:19).

Wrath – strong vengeful anger or indignation: “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger” (Proverbs 15:1)

Envy – painful or resentful awareness of an advantage enjoyed by another joined with a desire to possess the same advantage: “Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind. Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation” (1 Peter 2:1-2).

Pride - quality or state of being proud – inordinate self esteem: “Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall” (Proverbs 16:18).

He he, sa ahong paminaw, di jud kapugong sa hambog. Kon masayran nga deadly sin diay ang pagkahambogero, mosamot lang hinuon ang pagkalunang sa tunaan sa pagkamakasasala mao nga pasagdan na lang tingali nga magpabiling inosente para naa pay kahigayonan nga mahilangit.

Sakto ra nang 7 kay daghan na jamo. Basin mabitas na atong kasing-kasing ug dina aning mga sa-a. Ajo nuon kung ang ikawalo wa na maapil sa listahan, morag "safe haven" ba... e.g. laziness. Basin tuas "healthy" nabutang instead of "deadly."

Bwahaha! This rerminds me of a joke:

An Orangeman was going out with this Catholic girl and after a while they decided to get married. After a while, he decided to become a Catholic. He took instructions and then he got baptized and everything but he couldn't get it through his head that he was a Catholic and he didn't know what to do about it. So he went to the priest and told him:

"Father, I know you gave me all those instructions and baptized me and everything but I can't get it through my head that I'm a Catholic. What'll I do about it?"

So the priest said, "Keep telling yourself that you're a Catholic, you're not a Protestant. Sooner or later it'll penetrate your thick skull that you're a Catholic and not a Protestant."

So that man went away muttering to himself, "I'm a Catholic I'm not a Protestant, I'm a Catholic I'm not a Protestant, I'm a Catholic...."

It was Lent and the next Friday, the priest was going around the town and decided to visit the newly-weds. But when he came into the house he got a whiff of something that he shouldn't be able to smell in a good Catholic home on a Friday in Lent.

"Mary, where's James?" he asked.

"He's in the kitchen, Father."

So the priest goes into the kitchen and sees James with a huge steak in the pan, scooping gravy over it and saying, "You're a trout you're not a steak, you're a trout you're not a steak, you're a trout...."
