Lorenz, What if there is unfaithfulness on the part of the girl or on the part of a guy, shall divorce will not apply? I think many women now are empowered and when they discovered that there is unfaithfulness, they will surely leave.
If let us say the man cheats on the wife, which is a sin of adultery, this is a biblical sin. One of the many things that the Lord Our God tells us that he deplores.
It matters not who commits adultery; as adultery is adultery. Sin is Sin.
But there is a verse that defends a woman and right for divorce on grounds of sexual immorality.
It is given:
“It was also said, ‘Whoever divorces his wife, let him give her a certificate of divorce.’ But I say to you that everyone who divorces his wife,
except on the ground of sexual immorality, makes her commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.
—Matthew 5:31-32

If one stands to Scriptural Authority,
then it is provided for.
But we are told, that divorce should be the last, very last action.
We are reminded that consolation and reconciliation should be aimed.
As we are told:
To the married I give this charge (not I, but the Lord): the wife should not separate from her husband (but if she does, she should remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband), and the husband should not divorce his wife.
--1 Corinthians 7:10
