Watch out, friends, as there is a high amount of salt in ginamos. Excessive salt intake can exacerbate hypertension as well as be contraindicated for CRF (chronic renal failure) patients, hypertensive patients, heart attack patients, edematous patients etc.
Don't eat so much of this.
If you do, always, always do it in moderation.
Ginamos and rice as a daily sustenance is not healthy for the body, actually. Excessive rice intake leads to glycogenolysis, and glycogen break up--which leads to --> sugar. For those who are diabetic...this is contraindicated and can only exacerbate their situation. Diabetes and Hypertension are end results to unchecked consumption of rice and ginamos.
