Dili nako  makakaon ug ginamos kay Doctors order mokaon ko sa una pero kana lang nga akong ginama dili kanang baligya sa tindahan kay kanang gibaligya daghan kaayo ang iron contents gikan sa mga taya gna lata hehehe!

dili ra jud iron, pero, dili processed properly! :)

And there is a massive NaCl content in ginamos. Maka high blood na, sir.

Especialidad if naay family history of HTN (hypertension) ug HBP (high blood pressure).

kung akoy pangutan-on..?.... opcors... lami ipares sa saging linung-ag nga haskang guwanga... kaso lang inig discharge nimo ginamos ra may ma digest, hehehe....  ingon pod sa uban, siguro mga sosi.... makataya daw ug brief ug panty... sabi ko naman, unsa ng inyong underwear, puthaw kay tayaon?... hahaha... try daw stainless nga underwear..

..basin ang taya sa taro ang dali makapamaws hehehehe...  ang uban ginamos  plastic nga balde na man gisudlan .... bahala na'g tayaon nga taro basta wa lang ta kakita... hehee.. ganahan guihapon ko labi na tinola ang sud-an, appetizer ang ginamos... may klase daw sa ginamos, sa akong nadumduman mao ni..

ayaw na pod ning gitawag nila'g...

mahinumduman man dayon nako si papa ug si mama aning ginamos, nag-eskwela pa mi sa Cebu, buhatan gyod mi nila papa ani from Surigao del Sur  then pagka medyo maws na ipadala dayon sa amo sa Cebu... maayo gyod mobuhat ug ginamos ang bol-anon, :D "proven & tested" di kay ginamos lang pati.. "dayok".... :D :D :D

yup..! taga mindanao tawon ning ubos mong higala ms db.. sa ilang pagpanimpalad nila papa-mama.. didto nako nila gigama sa surigao del sur..... kung nakadungog naka ning congressman florencio "enciong" garay, nga usa ka bol-anon, taga pangangan, calape... siya among 2nd district congressman didto sa surigao del sur...

pagka karon nia ko nag work/ reside sa davao city ms db.....  by the way, lami gyod bitaw ang dayok.. basta  kahibalo ka sa nagbuhat ug lami pod..hehehe... magdala tawon kog dayok pagbalik sa davao basta ma timingan pag-uli sa surigao, nagbuhat pod akong mga agaw...  ignoy man akong waswet ani kay morag daw ug tinai sa "rat" .. dirty mind, kalami ani ah... ;D

Lami nga dadjok: Bihud ug bagaybay sa danggit o kitung, limpyohan, isulod sa gamayng garapon, paibabwan og dyutay nga asin ug inad-ad nga ahos. Ukaya after one day. Makaon na sa third day. Ayaw hutda kay tingalig maglisud ka sa pagpangihi.

Pag abot sa hotel gihaw as nako dayon ang sinina ug giputos ug maayo ug plastic bag kay fly napud baya ko adto para illinois na the next day.Nahurot pud tong akong perfume adto ug spray sa lagguage apil lotion pero molabok jud tong baho sa dayok hehhhe. Katulo nako gibalik balik ug washing ang mga sinina kay perti man diay ning dugaya mawaa ang baho sa dayok oi. Daghan cloths softener nausik hehhehe.

Depends on the species type, david. Some are halophilic (salt lovers).
In cases of halophilic bacillus, one would get colonized, and the high salt concentration would predispose the eater to malignant HTN.

If we like hot things, naay pood bacillus nga prefer hot water, hot coffee, etc.
If we like cold, naay pood bacillus nga mo prefer ug cold.

Ang bottom line, naa man jud ni sila in our life.

And when we are dead, when our immune system that checks their over growth in our bodies is turned off, we become 'a Free Meal' to these so called bitok/bacteria/parasite. A free for all.

I went to a Filipino party several years ago. And one woman brought with her salted/preserved oysters. It wrecked heavily.
I could not believe my eyes that she was taking it out of a bottle, and pouring vinegar on it, as if it would dim the taste.

In cases like that, dili na angay mo kaon ug preserved oysters kai it is the site of E. Sinensis.

That oyster that she was eating was literally liquefying, over 1 year kono to preserved.

One time i brought with me a bag of fried salted fishes to college, bro. In the weekend, i decided to make a 'Filipino style breakfast'. fried salted fish, with eggs and coffe. Served with croissants. Then out of no where, my house mates (Brian and Don) came out of their rooms and were like, "What the heckkkkk is that nasty smell?!"

LOL.

I had to explain to them what it was; lesson learned from that was not to cook 'exotic' filipino food when they were around. Hahaha.
And when they did smell it, it was too late. I already cooked it, and was already eating kinamot style in the table.

hahahaha!!

One time i brought with me a bag of fried salted fishes to college, bro. In the weekend, i decided to make a 'Filipino style breakfast'. fried salted fish, with eggs and coffe. Served with croissants. Then out of no where, my house mates (Brian and Don) came out of their rooms and were like, "What the heckkkkk is that nasty smell?!"

LOL.

I had to explain to them what it was; lesson learned from that was not to cook 'exotic' filipino food when they were around. Hahaha.
And when they did smell it, it was too late. I already cooked it, and was already eating kinamot style in the table.

Good thing they did not call the cops.One day we have a filipino gathering,a friend of ours told us one of her American neighbor called the cops because something stinks Ha Ha
