locked police car in NYC - were they able to open it?

I took this picture when we were in Columbus circle, NYC and happened to see this.

It's actually the firemen who helped the cop in opening his car. It's just so hilarious looking all firemen trying to open it. We didn't even know how long took them to open it or did they got it open? wa gyud mi kabaw kay igo raman mi milabay.

see nahitabo man gani ni sa policeman, ako ana Ms B, kaduha jud ko mabiktima ana,  maayo na lang gani kay naabri, pastilang looya unta naho kay tugnaw ra ba jud tong panahona.

kami gani pod Willmerit happened to us, and we asked somebody lagi to helped us, na open rapod.

pero kini maoy palamuot kay ang kanang police car, perti man na intawn ka secure ilang locks. Mao na naglisod sila ug open, na curious lagi ko kung naukab ba nila?

Ako pod Beth na curious ko how long it took them to open that police car.  For sure na open ra jud nila otherwise ilang gi bundol ang window!  ;D  Naa toy demerit and ga drive kay nang dinanghag! ;D

kami gani pod Willmerit happened to us, and we asked somebody lagi to helped us, na open rapod.

pero kini maoy palamuot kay ang kanang police car, perti man na intawn ka secure ilang locks. Mao na naglisod sila ug open, na curious lagi ko kung naukab ba nila?

Akong problema kay gakawala nko ang key sa balay!  I knew akong gibutang sa akong purse pero wala man jud so ga agwanta lang ko hulat anus-a pauli murage from work aron kasulod ko.

Grace, basin sa iyang ka excited mo issue ug ticket sa mga wrong parkings, mao na, basin nahabilin niya ang car keys sa sulod.
