NEW YORK (PRWEB) JANUARY 07, 2020

CCS Fundraising is pleased to announce the election of three executives to Partner. Miriam Droller (New York), Gary Hawkins (Dallas), and Lindsay Marciniak (Chicago) join 20 other accomplished Partners who oversee the firm’s strategic activity and growth.

Having helped elevate the missions of some of the most important nonprofits of our time, these highly-accomplished individuals have demonstrated fundraising excellence and professionalism in their work across the healthcare, education, social & human services, religious, arts & culture, association, and environmental sectors. With this new designation, each will continue to provide skilled advice and exceptional service to the firm’s clients, as well as spearhead leadership initiatives within the organization.

“Miriam, Gary, and Lindsay are instrumental leaders on their respective teams, respected mentors to their colleagues, and invaluable advisors to their clients,” says Jonathan Kane, President, CCS Fundraising. “Their election to partnership level reflects our confidence in them, the future of CCS, and the outstanding organizations we serve.”

Miriam Droller has planned and directed transformative projects for marquee institutions across multiple sectors. In addition to providing leadership to team members in New York, Miriam’s exceptional work includes standout campaigns and capacity-building efforts for NYU School of Law, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, NYU Langone Medical Center, and the Public Theater, among others.

Gary Hawkins has managed some of the firm’s most significant campaigns from the Pacific to the Southern United States. Based in Dallas, Gary’s sector work includes religion, schools, social services, arts & culture, and conservation. Gary has directed and managed successful campaigns including the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, McGill-Toolen High School, Nashville Public Radio, the Diocese of Honolulu, and the University of New Orleans.

Lindsay Marciniak manages projects and team members within the Central United States, helping her clients realize some of the largest gifts in their histories. Lindsay has led projects for clients across all sectors, including the Salvation Army, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Kiwanis International, Feeding America, the Detroit RiverFront Conservancy, and United Way of Greater Cleveland. Lindsay is also a lecturer at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management Nonprofit Executive Education Programs and regularly presents on fundraising topics across the country.
