Fuel prices rise and fall. Airlines passengers pay fuel surcharges that are added to airline ticket prices. When fuel prices go up passengers pay more, but when the prices fall many times passengers are not seeing reductions in fees. There are new laws, studies, and remedies available that passengers may soon notice in the near future.
