Learn on Demand Systems, a global leader in hands-on learning, today announced the acquisition of Wadeware, a technical training and content development firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Wadeware CEO, Bill Wade, explains, "Wadeware has worked with Learn on Demand Systems for more than 10 years, creating Microsoft learning labs with its cloud-hosted platform. I have always been impressed with the Learn on Demand Systems' innovative solutions, constant professionalism and superior quality."
Hynes and Wade formally signed the agreement to complete the purchase.
The acquisition deepens Learn on Demand Systems' content development and courseware development capabilities, both in experience and by the number of experts available.

Wadeware’s employees are focused solely on content development. These employees will remain in the Seattle, Washington area.
