“As you can see, Ms. Dogan has had a distinguished career in the cybersecurity field that covers a wide array of roles and organizations, so she truly understands the industry demands and the disparity that exists within the field,” says Julian Waits, ICMCP Board Chairman. “Angela has had a long history supporting ICMCP efforts and is passionate about our mission to promote public awareness of cybersecurity and opportunities for women and minorities in the profession. Her experience with ICMCP, Lynx and Shared Assessments among others, makes her the perfect person to lead this organization forward as we try to bridge the great cyber divide.”

“I am honored to have been selected President of ICMCP which has always been an organization I hold near and dear to my heart because its mission is a personal mission of mine. There is a huge deficit in the Cybersecurity Workforce and an even larger deficit in the number of women and minorities. We owe it to our communities to attempt to make an impact on the present and future state of the Cybersecurity workforce pipeline by bringing awareness to the need and assisting in feeding that pipeline with talented women and minorities. So, I'm excited to be leading the organization in those efforts.”
