Three unlicensed high-powered firearms were confiscated by Panglao police Thursday from three security guards who were firing indiscriminately.

The weapons were later traced as belonging to former Panglao Mayor Doloreich Dumaluan.
The three suspects, identified as Gregorio Defeles y Bompat, Ramon Lorete y Somontan and Socrates Butil y Ayuban, were firing an AK 2000P armalite rifle and two 12-guage shotguns in Sitio Sapa, barangay Bolod of said town.

According to police, combined elements of Panglao and tourist police respondent to a report from a concerned resident in barangay Bolod about armed persons firing indiscriminately.

Responding police team, led by Panglao PNP chief Insp. Ruben Cuizon, arrested the three suspects who claimed they were security guards of Dumaluan Beach Resort.

Puydi diay maka palit armalite sa mall? Unsay's process to aquire high powered weapons sa pilipinas, Mike? Kai dinhi naa man jud national law kanang mo ban sa high power rifle--okey ra ug maka palit shotgun, semi-automatic ug pusil2x--pero naay special clause dinhi to license to hold/shoot high powered. Dinha sa pilipinas, naa bay similar process?

Pero thats good that the tourist police and residents took the initiative and reported this to the PNP. Thank  God no one was harmed.

Okay I am getting confussed is it security guards or body guards?

okay one week they are appraised the next week condemned you people never stop to amaze me?

If you busy bodies could count the numerous unregistered handlers of firearms here you might or could be truly amazed indeed!

I seen plenty of bodyguards for the candidates in the last election and seen many arms tucked away in the brown paunches of plenty.
When I had asked them where was their permit to carry about 4 out of 10 were able to produce a permit and registration.
Dumaluan is related to my kids but that still does not make it right.
I am frankly tired of everyone going after the guy?
Anytime I see him he always tells me I am noisy and laughs and gives me a friendly hello!(At least he is honest! he! he! he!)

My attorney for my step daughters adoption never materialized because he was one of the council members chasing after Dumaluan last year.

There are so many other important matters to go after leave the guy alone enough is enough!

Were the guys practice shooting?

Also plenty of politicians and army men take up practice shooting in wooded areas or cleared away areas.
I think there is more to the story then what is being told?

Come on Bohol find other stuff to pick on about.
