There is an alarming rate of binge drinking especially to youngsters here in Germany. At a tender age below 15, there is a high rise of wodka drinkers.
Parents are warned to take their responsibility because the numbers is rising in an alarming rate.

It is sad to note that there are more girls who are engaged in binge drinking than boys.

Looks like Philippines.

Most of the clubs and drinking establishments are full with underaged drinking as well.

Borja was 17 years old when she had first noticed Martin Williams inside the Bohol Tropics Lazer Club in Tagbilarann City.

Tess,

They use to post the names of the minor's who were drinking and the establishment and the establishments employee who served them.
Parents of such underaged drinkers also had hey're names published so people could read who were the parents not doing good with they're kids.

Parents also took the pennalty for they're kids who were caught drinking by police authoriteis or the liquer board.

I like that rule for here as well if they ever ussed it.
