Dear preciousNpolite,

I beg to differ in your attitude. You might be getting 3 square meals a day, but for some people who belongs to the marginalized sector, this is a light in the tunnel.
You could see it daily in Wowowee. A chance to get cash, fully packed , they just ignore the dangers of being trampled, which happened a couple of years ago.
This ICM raffle draw is a matter of word of honor. It was advertised, and then it was suddenly changed out of their whims, this is insulting to the loyal customers.
If I get the chance to spent holidays in Bohol, I will try my best to confront Mar Uy about this incident, no matter how old the issue is.

Hof- I agree with you totally but when I am a foreigner here and I inquire about those things and no one else has here then I am looked at as if weird or high blooded! I was also surprised the draw was early I had brought many tickets and when I had seen them putting away the chairs and things from the draw I thought how could this be?
ICM activities are run by Mam Guy Bernardlez she works close with Mall Manager Mario C.
Unfortunantly I have already thrown thrown away all my enteries and stubs. I hope that it does not happen again.

Mam Bernaldez is very nice. If I am able to wake up before she is off duty let me inquire here via cell phone and ask her whats happening with the sittuation I am sure they have received plenty of calls.

I hope what she says is reasonable and it pleases people if she is able to reply or maybe mumsy is the word. I do not want to get on her inferior side as my yummy "Big Mama's " cookies are sold in the Pasalabom section at ICM.

I will try to let her know that there is a concern.

She is the a very nice lady working close with the mall manager at ICM the main venue where they hold they're drawings.

She is the one who is in charge of arranging dates and uests and events foir entertainment at the mall.

She also is in charge of promotions and what not. She is a head a committee at ICM just for mall and ICM events.

I am sure Mam Guy could be of better assistance then Areil Fullido.
