panglao, bohol beaches are safe from human-inflicted harm and from the dangers of the sea. The beachfront and the seabed near the shore are flat and powdery, and the waves are generally calmer (provided no lurking storms and other harsh weather conditions).

But there are some beaches who prohibits night swimming, particularly Bohol Beach Club. If you want overnight parties thrown by resort and restaurant owners, then head to the Alona beach strip. The night there is much livelier.

If you want to throw your own party and plans to bring with you sound systems (small party types), then head to Dumaluan Public Beach area. We once had an overnight party there; we brought our own sound system, food and drinks and had a night swimming too. It was fun.
