--- Press Release from Cebu Pacific Office sent to Tubag Bohol website

Cebu Pacific (CEB), the country's low-fare leader and leading domestic airline, registered a 122% growth in passenger traffic over the past 12 months ending May 31, 2007 in Tagbilaran.

CEB's passenger carriage for the Tagbilaran – Manila (vice versa) service rose from 72,420 for the period of June 2005 to May 2006 to161,154 the period of June 2006 to May 2007.

Candice Iyog, CEB VP for Marketing and Product announced, "We are very glad to see that we have given more people with the opportunity to travel by air through our year round low fares and our continued domestic expansion."

"We are the fastest growing airline in the country and one of the fastest in the world. With our recently announced fleet expansion, we hope that we can bring more people closer and we can encourage Filipinos to travel and see our country. This is good for our country's tourism and the local economy as a whole," she added.

CEB also carried close to 520,000 passengers in May for all of its domestic and international flights, the highest the airline has ever carried since it started operation in 1996.  CEB is expecting to carry more than 5 million passengers this year and 10 million by 2013.

Iyog added that with the arrival of another Airbus aircraft late this year, CEB will be able to add more capacity into its network and offer more seats at lower fares.

CEB currently has 14 new Airbus aircraft and is acquiring up to 20 more. It has also recently placed an order for up to 14 ATR 72-500 aircraft with the delivery of the first two in early 2008. CEB expects to operate a fleet of 46 aircraft by 2013.
