Mansasa High School Blue Marlins trounced the unpredictable Central Visaya State College of Arts.  Forestry, and Technology Warriors, 90-72 in the resumption of the elimination round of the 13th Bohol Schools Amateur Athletic Association (BSAAA) 3rd Graham C Lim Basketball Challenge at the Holy Spirit School hard court.

Led by the foridable combination of pintsized point guard Raffy Taer, Mark “the Magic Man” Saligumba, and Elong “iron man” Casile, the Blue Marlins toyed the Warriors and extended their winning streak to 7 to stay on top of the standing at 9 wins against a solitary loss.

The triumvirate together with the off and on Angelito Cahapay proved to be more superior in arsenals in a shooting spree that ensued as the Warriors behind Maximo Sarte and Ruben Panilag failed to equal the firepower of the Blue Marlins.

The score at lemon time was 41-39 in favor of the MHS Blue Marlins.

Meanwhile, UB Baby Lemures nipped erstwhile stubborn Holy Spirit School Crusaders A, 68-60 keep a hold at third spot with 8 wins and 3 losses.

There ensued many lead exchanges as both teams fired their arsenals with accurate precision.  The Crusaders were on the thick of the fight at the start but lost steam fate in the fourth canto to yield as the final buzzer sounded.

The victory gave the Baby Lemurs in a triple tie for third spot with the BIT IC Jr Cruisers and guest team Bai Cristobal Camp.
