: Arteriovenous malformations in small vessels. These present with dilated vessels on skin and mucous membranes. A very common disorder is called Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (osler-weber-rendu syndrome), which has an autosomal-dominant transmission inheritance. The condition presents with recurrent epistaxis, skin discoloration, mucosal telengiectasia and GI bleeding.
