Manay,
I checked on Gwargz's lab value levels and it is apparent to me that he is hyperglycemic as indicated. His urine analysis indicates bacteria in medium and suggests a bacterial infection. His BP falls in the hypertensive level and should be checked out.
He complains of pain and his work indicates a stressful lifestyle with long travels. With exposure to pathogens in the air, and food.
The things that I would recommend from observing his results :
1. If not already taking hypertension mdx, he needs to take it soon to control his high blood pressure.
: lisinopril, captopril; losartan, etc (he needs to ask his pcp about ace-inibs and arbs)
2. His sugar levels; he needs to control his sugar levels. If he is diabetic, he needs to control it and reduce his hyperglycemia
: he needs to ask his pcp about the following: -- glyburide, metformin, or any generic oral hypoglycemic drugs
3. His urine analysis indicates multiple bacterial presence. His pcp needs to address this and prescribe standard antibacterial regimen.
Hypertension is a leading cause of cardiovascular problems. He has to control his hypertension.
I already forwarded him my response and my email. I hope he is alright. If he has any further questions, tell him that he can reach me in my work email, which i check very regularly. I wish him the best and to take care of himself.
Gwargz, if you read this: remember: "Health is Wealth!!"
