Residential Property management can include the management of a homeowners association inside a neighborhood, or can even include managing an apartment complex for the owner of the facility. Using a company to manage these types of residential situations makes the entire association much more organized and keeps the members and homeowners of the association happier each year. There are many different duties for a management company when it comes to residential properties.
