Managers and Team Members are being trained and re-trained on cleaning protocols, physical distancing, and general operating guidelines within this new normal to ensure an optimally safe environment for our Guests and Team Members.

STERLING, VA. (PRWEB) APRIL 29, 2020
We are all longing to get back to the way things “used” to be, however, that probably will not happen for some time. What we will be doing, is getting used to the “new normal”, where things like physical closeness and hugs from friends come with hesitation.
When it comes time to re-open Flight park locations, “We will be doing so with an abundance of caution”, states Bill Duffy, Chief Operating Officer. “We care deeply about the well-being of our Team Members and Guests during these trying times. In order to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 throughout the Flight brand, we have developed and put into place a plan to focus on key areas of our business.”
Managers and Team Members are being trained and re-trained on cleaning protocols, physical distancing, and general operating guidelines within this new normal to ensure an optimally safe environment for our Guests and Team Members. Flight’s Vice President of People and Corporate Operations, Yehuda Haziza cautioned, “It may look a little different inside our parks as we take precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and we want Guests to still enjoy adventure parks without the fear of illness.”
Prior to temporarily closing the doors in March, Flight’s cleaning protocols were already very strict. Now, even more so with step by step instructions on how and what to clean; increased number of times the park must be cleaned, and implementing an antimicrobial mist fogging system for a variety of surfaces around the park such as attractions and foam pits, Flight is taking the appropriate steps to ensure sanitation and cleanliness.
Steve Yeffa, Chief Executive Officer, states, “We will re-open our parks when two things occur: one, appropriate officials have declared it is appropriate to do so and two, we feel we are ready and prepared to open our doors to welcome Guests for a once in a lifetime experience that they can enjoy every single time they visit our parks.”
