1. This is a NOTICE TO THE WHOLE Philippines that you received the tax declaration and the Notice of Assessment;

2.  This is a Notice of Assessment that have been legally informed that you are to pay the government of the tax due your property on the date prescribed by R. A. No. 7160

3. This is a NOTICE TO THE WHOLE PHILIPPINES THat within 60 days upon receipt, you are given that option to file your complains with the local board of assessment appeal, if you believed the assessments of your property was erroneous and/or excessive.

4. Again this is a Notice to the whole Philippines, that the tax declaration is binding on you and that  NO ASSESSOR CAN CHANGE THE VALUE OF YOUR PROPERTY AT HIS OWN DISCRETION. If there is any, the order must come not from the Assessor who prepared it, but from the Local Board of Assessment Appeal, on the basis of the complaint filed by the property owner.
