Assumptions:

According to the records of the City Assessor's Office,  under Tax Dec. No. E-10-11-2345, A & B (both deceased) owned  10 hectares of land, with C & D as heirs.  The question is,  C is in the Philippines and D is in the US.

Is the partition of the estate possible?

Yes, by all means.  Basta magkasundo lang ang dalawang anak.  How to do it.  Please ask, and I will tell you how.
