Under normal circumstances, revisionof properties be made only once during the Revision period, that is once in every three years.
Exceptions:
!. WHEN THE PROPERTY IS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER OWNER.,
2. When there is change in actual use of the property
3. When the property is partially or totally damaged
4. When there is gross illegality of the assessment made.
