C2H4 told the truth, we are poor and we have a helper in Tagbilaran who is employed for already 20 yrs. (she has medicare, and  my sister pay for her monthly pension for the future)  she is considered as a Family member eversince. She is a piece of gold. And she earns not bad, i think.

Probably these books are also in English version because they are World best seller man..especially from Ms. Corinne Hofmann life story. (Just a short one- she was in vacation in Kenia with her engaged man- they came from Switzerland and then she saw this Massai man (krieger-Massai warrior) and it started the love story.  Believe it or not I had read that ist book one night and one day, wana ko ma-ukang bisan ug malibang na lang kay perting thrillinga man.)  It was translated in 16 languages. I am very much affected of the above-written reports you have posted here.  I am very sad of what had happened to our peaceful Bohol before.  I left Bohol for more than the half years of my life and I had it in memories the opposite as much as posted here in this site.  Hence that crimes are considered to be a daily events, this is the answer of the existing poverty in predominance. Basing to the above cited theme above in connection with that lady which you got in trouble-it is a sign of ignorance and a real coward in her side by such reactions.  By the way, it is a good idea for the foreigners who are residing here to be organized of whatever ideas to put on for their safety sake.  For I believe that the concerned who are subject to bring peace and order are might over stressed or not too much interested to undertake any action  for crime reduction for they are of course under paid.  Well, the leaders/high politicians must have to find a better way in solving this problem, otherwise, Bohol is not anymore worthy to live in. I wish you and Family a safety stay here in our country.

Which barrio you came from?... among guisubay ni Gervistil among mga ancestors and we beleived we are in fact, still related.  Well, mostly of the olds are long time dead and it is hard to discover who is who and with whom got married. I was born in barrio Lutao and stayed there up to Elementary and we transferred to Tagbilaran and live there eversince. Since the yr 2000 been visiting Bohol yearly and sorry to say that dropped in only in Inabanga very seldom and the last time Nov.2005 my uncle from Lonoy, Cainsican died.  By the way, where are you now?
