Paredes, himself a divemaster, immediately gathered a team composed of Dive Instructor Darwin Menorias, Divemasters Butch and Joever Amodia, Christopher and Victor Mandin, Jerwin Bongolto and Glenn Oceña, then proceeded to the site.
Uhan Spring is one of the many water sources in the Abatan Watershed. It has a small oval lagoon and an underground cave that drains its waters into Nahuthut Creek; a tributary of the Bacong River which joins up the Abatan River.
