We are still behind in term of support facilities. As a Province we still behind in Human Resource Development. Kasagaran gud after graduating high school, si Sana moadto sa Manila mosulod ug salelady, DH or Waitress. Si Sano sa factory, Boxer, Boy or Driver.

Why not change the curriculum in High School in a more like trade school. Integrate courses like Machinist, IT, or a more comprehensives English Subject for Call Center. So that a high school graduate can qualify to fill-up this position. One need not to be a College Degree Holder to qualify as call agent.

Its a matter of adapting to Global Changes that happening today. Traditioal courses are no longer in demand. Lets rally for this changes so Boholanos are World Class.

Waste Management and Water treatment facilities is priority. Disposing them to the Sea or Canal will bring more damaged.

Strict compliance of the environmental laws should be observed. Its not about saving Panglao Island, because we cannot reverse the damaged that has been done. The big question is how to develop it sustainable.

So, We need a big drawing board with expert urban planners who draw the big pictures for the future of Panglao Island. In doing so, We will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach and its  natural diving sites that GOD has entrusted us.

My only reason is the present Chinese government is wearing a bad reputation of doing unethical business practices to thier own people. I live in China for 5 years, there cultural achievement is much greater than what I expect. We don't study Chinese culture in school because of Communism. Its our democratic form of Government that prohibit us in studying Chinese Cultures.

We boholanos should start planting patatos because Chinese is buying the Filipino Chips. big market for our farm products.
