(CNN) -- The tooth fairy's trash became another man's treasure Saturday when a discolored molar that once belonged to John Lennon was put up for auction.

The winning bid came in at 19,500 pounds (U.S. $31,200), according to auction results posted online.

Michael Zuk, a Canadian dentist, is claiming responsibility for the winning bid. Omega Auction House, which sold the tooth, did not immediately respond to requests for comment Saturday.

Lennon gave the tooth to Dorothy "Dot" Jarlett when she worked as his housekeeper at his Kenwood home in Weybridge, Surrey, according to her son, Barry. Jarlett, who was employed between 1964 and 1968, developed a warm relationship with Lennon, her son said.

"She was very close with John, and one day whilst chatting in the kitchen, John gave my mother the tooth (he had been to the dentist to have it removed that day) and suggested giving it to my sister as a souvenir, as she was a huge Beatles fan," he said. "It has been in the family ever since."

With the exception of the past two years, the tooth has been in Canada for 40 years after Dot Jarlett's daughter married a Canadian.

Barry Jarlett, who said his mother is now 90 years old, said it was the right time to pass it on rather than to risk the tooth getting lost.

Karen Fairweather, the owner of Omega Auction House, told CNN last month that the tooth is too fragile for DNA testing but she has no doubt about its authenticity.

"Because it's coming directly from Dot, we don't doubt the provenance of the item," she said.

Some fans will sink their teeth into anything if they feel it's worth plunking down thousands to get closer their idols. A clump of hair believed to have been trimmed from Elvis Presley's head when he joined the Army in 1958 sold for $18,300 in 2009 at Chicago's Leslie Hindman auctioneers.

Jarlett said Lennon gave his family many gifts over the years. He plans to keep a leather wallet, and his mother still has a pearl necklace Lennon gave her when he returned from Japan. -- http://edition.cnn.com/

Millions of Muslims gather on Mount Arafat for peak Haj day
(AFP) 5 November 2011, 5:06 PM

More than two million Muslims gathered on Saturday on Saudi Arabia’s Mount Arafat and its surrounding plain, marking the peak day of the Haj, the world’s largest annual pilgrimage.

Dressed in white garments, the pilgrims filled the Namera Mosque in Arafat and the nearby streets and camps for collective prayer, led by Saudi Arabia’s top cleric, Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al Sheikh.

“Islam is the solution for the problems” of Muslims, he said in a speech before the prayer began, warning the faithful of “a media and cultural invasion that seeks to weaken (their) faith.”

He urged Muslims to solve their problems “without interference from their enemies,” condemning those who want to “provoke hostility between you and your leaders.”  -- http://www.khaleejtimes.com/

MANILA, Philippinesâ€"Filipinos should help the government attain its goal of becoming self-sufficient in rice by eating only the right amount of the staple, leaving no leftovers, and diversifying their carbohydrate sources, according to the country’s rice officials.

By reducing dependence on rice, Filipinos will ease pressure on the staple that the country continues to import, scientists at the Philippine Rice Research Institute (Philrice) said as they kicked off celebrations on Friday of National Rice Awareness Month.

The Philippines, at one time the world’s largest rice importer, aims to be self-sufficient in the grain by 2013. The Department of Agriculture is this year aiming at harvesting 17.3 million metric tons of rice.

Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala said the government is eyeing the purchase of not more than 500,000 MT for 2012, less than the 860,000 MT and the 2.4 million MT imported in 2011 and 2010, respectively.

Officials said Filipinos depend on rice because it is a cheap source of carbohydrates that provides them with energy for their daily activities.

An average Filipino currently consumes 119 kilograms of rice per year. Those in lower-income households eat more rice than the middle- and the upper-income groups, whose diets are more varied.

According to Philrice executive director Eufemio Rasco Jr., poor families spend as much as 40 percent of their income on rice. He said these families could save money if they eat other carbohydrate sources like camote (sweet potatoes) and bananas once in a while.

He also noted that many Filipinos still do not know how to cook rice properly, leading to wastage. They also have the habit of not finishing all the rice they put on their plates.

“Many of them seem to be ashamed of cleaning up their plates. This culture has to change,” Rasco said at a press briefing on Friday.

According to a study by the Food and Nutrition Research Institute, a Filipino wastes an average three tablespoons of rice each day, which costs at least P23 million everyday.

White corn, cassava, sweet potato, corn and banana can be used as alternatives to rice, said Philrice socioeconomist Flordeliza Bordey.

She noted that countries like Japan and China are rice-sufficient despite having small rice harvests per capita because of their citizens’ diversified diets.

A diversified carbohdyrates diet is also healthier, said Philrice chemist Joy Bartolome Duldulao. Camote has more fiber and complex carbohydrates than rice, she noted.

“Half of the typical Filipino plate contains rice despite recommendations to eat more of fruits and vegetables. New dietary guidelines recommend that fruits and vegetables should occupy half of our plates and about 1/4 by grains,” Duldulao said.

Agriculture officials said the use of other carbohydrates sources like tubers and corn is hardly new. Corn grits is a common staple in northern Luzon, and cassava in southern Mindanao.

MUMBAI: Muslims in the city are gearing up for Eidul Adha or Bakri Eid, the festival of sacrifice on November 7. Though for many the festival will be muted due to high inflation, especially high prices of the goats which most Muslims sacrifice on Bakrid, the community leaders say the festival's spirit should not be compromised even if some families don't sacrifice animals.

Muslim households will prepare a variety of sumptuous dishes, including sheer khorma, payas and mutton biryani. "Unlike Eid which is celebrated at the end of Ramzan, Bakrid is not about sweet dishes. It is mostly about dishes made of meat and I too am planning a few nice dishes for the occasion," said Mira Road-based housewife Saeeda Khatoon. Like many others, she too is concerned that the high prices of goats have drilled big holes in the Muslim pockets this year. Many families have been forced to forego the animal sacrifices as they couldn't afford to buy high-priced goats. "It is for the first time that we will not be sacrificing a goat. We will contend with the meat that we might get from my friends," said a Mumbai Central-based Haj tour operator who is among the 170 operators who have incurred a huge debt due to cancellation of licenses by the Ministry of External Affairs, denying them their quota to take Haj pilgrims to Makkah.

But then Bakrid is not just about animal sacrifice and feasting. "It is a mark of respect to the tradition set by Prophet Abraham, revered by followers of all the three Abrahamic religions, Islam, Christianity and Judaism. When Muslims sacrifice animals, they perform a duty ordained by Allah," said senior cleric Maulana Shoeb Koti. However, Koti also warned against hurting the sentiments of those who are against animal sacrifice and said that sacrifice should not be done in the open and, especially in the localities and buildings where people of other faiths too reside. Bakrid's spirit of sharing is obvious in the fact that meat is divided into three parts: first part goes to the poor, the second to close relatives and friends and third remains with the family which is sacrificing the animal. -- http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/

Africa / 150 die in 'heinous' Islamist attacks in Nigeria

DAMATURU - At least 150 people died in a "heinous" wave of gun and bomb attacks in northern Nigeria that were on Saturday claimed by the Islamist Boko Haram sect.

President Goodluck Jonathan condemned the assaults which officials said included at least five suicide bomb blasts and "directed security agencies to ensure the arrest of perpetrators of these heinous acts," said a statement from his spokesman Reuben Abati.

As corpses piled up in the morgue, a rescue agency official, told AFP the body count stood at 150.

"I was involved in the evacuation of corpses to the morgue. I personally counted 150 bodies," the official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said at the hospital. He said some families had already collected their loved ones for burial, reducing the number to 97 by end of the day.

An AFP reporter counted 97 corpses still in the mortuary.

The Red Cross earlier said the death toll stood at 63, while police spoke of 53, of whom 11 were members of its force.

"From our inventory, 53 people have so far been killed in the attack," said local police chief Suleimon Lawal.

A member of Nigeria's Islamist Boko Haram sect on Saturday claimed responsibility.

"We are responsible for the attack in (northeastern) Borno (state) and Damaturu," Abul Qaqa told an AFP correspondent by phone.

"We will continue attacking federal government formations until security forces stop persecuting our members and vulnerable civilians," Qaqa warned.

The Friday bomb and gun attacks, targeted police stations, an army base and churches in the cities of Damaturu, Maiduguri and two other small towns.

Jonathan's spokesman said the attacks had forced him to skip his brother's wedding which took place in his village in southern Nigerian on Saturday.

The military deployed to curb the violence in Maiduguri said there were four suicide bomb attacks in parts of the city, including an army base and on the outskirts of Maiduguri.

The attackers bombed their targets then took on the security forces in gun battles in Damaturu. Residents said gunfire rang out for several hours across the city after the explosions.

"It was a suicide bomb attack at one of our buildings. The attacker came in a Honda CRV and rammed into the building and explosives exploded," Lawal told AFP.

An AFP reporter said no office was still standing at the police HQ which was still smoldering some 24 hours after the attack. Three burnt cars lay in front of the building.

A journalist described scenes of chaos and destruction in Damaturu.

"In fact, Damaturu is looking just like Libya... burnt cars and buildings."

In a mainly Christian neighborhood of Damaturu called Jerusalem, six churches were bombed in addition to a police station.

"A police station and a mechanical workshop of the police were attacked. Six churches in the area were also bombed," said resident Edwin Silas, adding: "The whole city is traumatized."

The string of attacks came two days ahead of the annual Muslim celebration of Eid al-Adha, or the Feast of Sacrifice.

Police have been placed on red alert nationwide.

Militants from Boko Haram, whose name means "Western Education Is Sin" in the regional Hausa language, have in the past targeted police and military, community and religious leaders, as well as politicians.

The sect, which wants to see the establishment of an Islamic state in northern Nigeria, staged an uprising which was brutally put down by security forces in 2009.

Nigeria's more than 160 million people are divided almost in half between Muslims and Christians, living roughly in the north and south of the country respectively. Regions where they overlap are prey to frequent tensions. -- http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/

Let GMA go--Prelates
Published : Sunday, November 06, 2011 00:00

TWO Catholic bishops who were former critics of former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo want her to be permitted to seek medical treatment abroad.

Caloocan Bishop Deogracias Iñiguez and retired Archbishop Oscar Cruz said Arroyo should be allowed to go but there should be a guarantee that she would return to the Philippines.

“Arroyo should be allowed if the treatment is available only abroad and there’s guarantee of her return,” said Iñiguez who heads the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines - Committee on Public Affairs.

For his part, Cruz said that at the moment, the former president still “retains the right to travel.”

“If she does not come back, then her flight is a sign of guilt,” he said.

The prelates made the statement Friday after the Department of Justice rejected Arroyo’s appeal to seek medical consultations with specialists abroad for her bone disease.

The DOJ subpoenaed Arroyo last month to attend an investigation on allegations of 2004 and 2007 election fraud.

It also served subpoenas to former First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo and 40 others in connection with the case.

But Archbishop Cruz said the Justice department should be prudent in its decision against Arroyo.

“…Because if her sickness becomes fatal, then De Lima gets all the blame and Arroyo becomes some kind of a martyr,” he said. -- http://www.journal.com.ph/

Sticking to its guns, Malacañang on Saturday challenged critics assailing the travel ban on former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to go to the courts.

Secretary Edwin Lacierda, President Benigno Aquino III’s spokesperson, brushed aside House Minority Leader Edcel Lagman’s legal opinion that the government had no right to prevent Arroyo from going abroad to seek medical treatment, saying it was a single opinion from a lawyer.

“That’s Congressman Lagman’s legal opinion and that can be better ventilated if a case is filed. Right now, there is no case filed so it’s our legal opinion against the legal opinion of some other people. So we have as many legal opinions as there are lawyers in this country,” Lacierda said over government-run radio station dzRB.

Told that Lagman had invoked the Constitution’s Bill of Rights in bolstering the position of the Arroyo camp, Lacierda replied that the government had its own basis for rejecting the former president’s bid to travel abroad.

“Again, that’s a legal opinion that was posed by Congressman Lagman,” Lacierda said.

He then suggested that the lawmaker was a lackey of Arroyo’s. “Obviously (Justice) Secretary Leila de Lima has a position, bearing with her a memorandum circular issued by Congressman Lagman’s patron,” Lacierda said.

Lacierda was referring to a Department of Justice circular, issued during Arroyo’s administration, listing the requirements for issuing a hold departure order against people facing criminal complaints.

De Lima last week put off for next week her decision on whether to allow Arroyo to travel abroad after she was told by Health Secretary Enrique Ona that there was no urgency in deciding on the matter.

You Can’t Take It With You. [vv. 15, 16] The old adage, "You can't take it with you" is certainly true, and one that should not be ignored in the context of the wise writer's words. Though he enjoyed the earthly riches that most men can only imagine, he knew that when his life ended, those riches would go to someone else and he would take nothing with him. He also understood it would not prevent death (Psa. 49:6-9). As rich as Bill Gates is now and as rich as Andrew Carnegie was in the 1800s and as rich as an Arabian sultan may be, they all died and none will take one thin dime with them into eternity. The fact is, “it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment” (Heb. 9:27) and all the riches in the world will not prevent it! And neither will those riches sway the Judge in the end (Prov. 11:4). Some wealthy man may understand and even believe his death is inevitable, but then think those riches will somehow sway the judgment he faces. It will not. Again the wise writer warns, “Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death.” Material wealth will do absolutely nothing in the saving of the soul, but righteousness will go far!

Real treasure is not the riches the world sees, but we can hold one great treasure in our hands: the word of God (Psa. 19:10). The psalmist said it best when he said of the word of God, “More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.” In the precious words of God are found things more valuable than any earthly treasure, for these are the words of life (John 6:63); these are the words by which we may be saved from our sins (Acts 11:14); these are the words given to us by God that we might know His will and the very words that will judge us in the end (John 12:47, 48)! We need these words!

But let us not forget the treasures we seek are not on this earth, but the ones we lay up in heaven (Matt. 6:20). Real treasures are not those we can hold and see and feel and spend here on earth, but the treasures that we may have when we begin by taking up our cross and following Jesus (cf. Mark 10:21). Those treasures do not fade away, cannot be lost, and are more valuable than any earthly possessions we may accumulate. Do you have those treasures?

Where is your treasure? Jesus said, “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (Matt. 6:21). Where is your treasure? Where is your heart? I plead with you to set your heart on the heavenly things and make heaven your goal â€" not earthly things and earthly treasures and earthly riches. You may, in the eyes of the world, "go far" but in the eyes of the righteous Judge, you will go nowhere unless you have riches laid up in heaven. Let us not be as the foolish man who laid up for himself treasures and had none reserved in heaven (cf. Luke 12:16-21). Why not begin now laying up those treasures?

They Can Be Lost. [v. 14] Another sad fact about the riches which so many pursue and which so many seem to ignore is the reality that they can and will be lost sometimes through absolutely no fault of the owner and â€" many times â€" in spite of the owner's best efforts to prevent it. Does anyone remember their history? Do we remember the day called "Black Tuesday" when fortunes were erased within a matter of hours and people were turned to begging for food where they had lived in luxury just the day before? It can happen again! Truly, as the wise writer said, “Will you set your eyes on that which is not? For riches certainly make themselves wings; They fly away like an eagle toward heaven” (Prov. 23:5). Just open your wallet at your local mall and watch!

And should he be so careful and lucky to hold onto his material possessions for a long time, it is still a futile pursuit because when this world ends, everything â€" including his wealth so carefully protected â€" will be burned up and he will have nothing once again (2 Pet. 3:10).

Real security will not come with those riches, but there ARE some riches that are secure, and it is that promised by God to the faithful â€" what Peter described as “an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you” (1 Pet. 1:4). Let us never forget that we have “a better and an enduring possession for yourselves in heaven” (Heb. 10:34) â€" better than any earthly possession! The reward we have been promised is also described as “an imperishable crown” (1 Cor. 9:25), versus the corruptible rewards of this life. Paul called later his future reward “a crown of righteousness” (2 Tim. 4:7, 8 ). We may be enjoy the earthly riches for awhile, but why not seek the riches that do not fade away and, once received in judgment, can never be taken away?

It Give No Real Comfort. [vv. 12, 13] Solomon himself learned this lesson the hard way, after many attempts to find happiness in material pleasures (Eccl. 2:4-10). His conclusion was that it was all “vanity and grasping for the wind” (Eccl. 2:11). There is an abiding principle that applies to this subject and many others: “For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required” (Luke 12:48). The fact that a man has more material goods is not in itself a comfort, for the more he has, the more he has to tend and to worry over and protect. He, in fact, loses sleep over his gain!

Sadly, there is no comfort to the one who has gained these material possessions for another reason: the end of the riches â€" and his own end. Regarding the material possessions, he knows that when he dies he has to pass it on to one who has not worked for it as he has (2:21-23). Knowing this, he finds “his days are sorrowful, and his work burdensome; even in the night his heart takes no rest.” And the rich man himself? If he ever had the word of God in his heart, it will soon be choked out by the cares and riches of this world and he becomes unfruitful (Luke 8:14). Surely this can be a source of discomfort!

Real comfort will not be found in the accumulation of riches, but in the fact of being a faithful servant of the Lord. The psalmist could say â€" each night â€" “I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; For You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety” (Psa. 4:8). He could rest easy because he knows where he stands with the Lord and he knows where he will be should he die, and in this knowledge he can sleep an uninterrupted sleep, comforted by the Lord's promises of protection. Those faithful ones will be further comforted in knowing what lies ahead (1 Thess. 4:13-18).

There Is Never Enough. [vv. 10, 11] The mind set on material possessions â€" particularly on riches â€" is one that is set for a fall, for those possessions are not what brings happiness and, as many find out, they always want more. There is no satisfaction in material possessions, and yet God’s own people followed this path, chasing after the things that did not last, and God chastised them, asking, “Why do you spend money for what is not bread, and your wages for what does not satisfy?” (Isa. 55:2) They failed to see that the pursuit of earthly gain was not what would bring true joy, and they would find no satisfaction when it was attained. Ask those lottery winners if their riches brought contentment! Surely we, as God's people today, can see beyond the false claims of those who would have us believe we'll be happy if we just have enough or make enough money. And even if we should somehow find satisfaction in money, what does that say of our heart? (cf. Rom. 8:5-9)

The mind set on obtaining and amassing financial wealth and riches is the one that is set on personal destruction. The apostle warned that many “who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition,” and went on to say, “the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.” (1 Tim. 6:9, 10) Have we not learned this lessons after 2000 years?!?

Real contentment will not be found in the riches this world has to offer, but only when we can be happy with what we have, and not believing it is in what we do not have (Heb. 13:5). Real contentment will be found when the Lord blesses those whose hunger is for righteousness and not material goods (Matt. 5:6).

The Curse of Riches
(Ecclesiastes 5:10-17)

The society in which we live today is one that is, without a doubt, materially-minded. About half of what is shown on television is an advertisement for one thing or another, in one way or another [whether blatantly or subtly]. Our economy is what is often called "consumer-driven" but might be more properly identified as "salesman-driven." We are constantly bombarded with advertisements that tell us we cannot be healthy without the latest diet program, that we cannot be beautiful without the latest fashionable clothing, that we cannot be happy unless we drink a certain brand of alcoholic drink, that we cannot be noticed by others unless we drive the right brand of automobile, and that we cannot really be happy with the income we now make so we are encouraged to gamble or get a higher education or learn the latest strategy so we all can make more money. Money is the bottom line!

But, as we have all probably heard, "Money doesn't buy happiness," and the studies prove it true. Kennon Sheldon, University of Missouri [Columbia] psychology professor, said, "We consistently find that people who say money is most important to them are [the unhappiest]." [Gaming Magazine, April 17, 2002] The same article listed several lottery winners who, after winning, had much less happier lives. One was sued by his best friend; another was divorced and arrested for selling drugs; one declared bankruptcy within five years and his wife divorced him; and another was broke within two years and convicted of selling drugs. Other stories abound of winners whose lives worsened because of the extra money, one even committing suicide within two years of winning over $31 million. Truly, money was not what brought happiness, yet this country spends over $70 billion dollars each year on legal gambling in the hopes of winning the proverbial "big one." And money again is the bottom line. Let us be reminded of the words of the apostle Paul, who said, “But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows” (1 Tim. 6:9, 10).

Today, we will consider these facts as we seek to see the folly of the pursuit of riches. Far too many in the world make the pursuit of riches their sole or primary aim in life, yet many Christians have joined in the pursuit and are revealing themselves as even more foolish because they â€" of all people â€" should know the folly of such a pursuit. Have we not learned the words of the inspired writers who speak of the folly and foolishness of pursuing vain riches? Have we not read the many passages that speak of what might honestly be called The Curse of Riches? Today, we will do just that.

(BANATNEWS)

History / A Conspiracy Theory: Grand Grimoire
November 05, 2011, 03:47:42 PM

This one is based on the fact that the so-called “Grand Grimoire” exists, and it does. It is a book, also called “The Red Dragon,” and the “Gospel of Satan.” The book is real because the Roman Catholic Church officially claims ownership of it, but has never let the public glimpse it. It is fact that it was discovered in Jerusalem in 1750, in the tomb of Solomon, written in either Biblical Hebrew or Aramaic. The manuscript has not been dated to an earlier time than this, or else the Church has not said, but the book itself is inscribed with the date of 1522 AD. Theorists claims it was copied in that year from a manuscript written in the 1200s AD or earlier.

The earliest known proof of it comes from the writings of one Honorius of Thebes, whose existence has not been undeniably proven. He may have been Pope Honorius III (1148-1227). Honorius of Thebes is believed to have written something now referred to as the “Sworn Book of Honorius,” from which the Grand Grimoire was derived, or which is, in fact, the Grand Grimoire itself.

The theory claims that Honorius was either Satan himself, or possessed by Satan for the purpose of writing the book. It contains instructions on summoning Satan at any time, at any place on Earth, for various insidious intentions. The word “grimoire” denotes a textbook of magic. Any kind of magic, whether good or bad. A great deal of so-called copies are in circulation around the world, but none of these, the conspiracy theory claims, contains the true words of the actual Grimoire. It is very popular in the voodoo culture of Haiti, and practitioners there claim to use the book all the time, like a cookbook for spells and hexes.

Theorists claims the Grand Grimoire is itself supernatural in that it permanently resists burning, cannot be cut, pierced, penetrated, torn, or in any other way damaged or destroyed. It is the only book with the knowledge of how to summon Satan (all others being fakes that don’t work), with a precise ritual to be performed, and in addition to this, it can summon any number of named demons (Pazuzu, from “The Exorcist” among them). Being written by Satan, it details proofs of various supernatural miracles of the Bible, the precise locations of biblical relics, and even contains Satan’s personal sketches of the faces of Judas Iscariot and Jesus Christ. Because it is in the Catholic Church’s possession, the theory goes on to claim that every Pope starts out a human, and then becomes possessed by Satan once he is elected.

The 1989 film “Warlock,” starring Julian Sands as the prospective Antichrist, uses the Grimoire as a major plot device, and goes even further, claiming that the Grimoire contains the secret name of God, which, when uttered backward, will annihilate the Universe. This lister paused the film and inched it forward at the climax to read the secret name, and it is “Roaisha.” Help yourselves. Think it just couldn’t possibly get any better? Well, this last quality of the Grimoire was most likely invented by David Twohy, who wrote the story for the film. But conspiracy theorists have championed the idea ever since, claiming that everything in this entry is based on provable facts, and that these facts are in the Grand Grimoire itself.

So where is the Grimoire? You guessed it â€" in the Vatican Secret Archives. -- http://listverse.com/

Lucia. --Gipatik sa mantalaang SuperBalita Cebu Nobiembre 04, 2011.

Citizens of most Middle Eastern countries are forbidden to eat lamb under certain circumstances covered by Islamic law. The law reads, "After having sexual relations with a lamb, it is a mortal sin to eat its flesh." In Oman, if a man has sex with a camel, a cow, or a ewe, the law says that the animal's milk becomes impure and is no longer suitable for human consumption. Oman law requires that the animal must immediately be killed and then burned. The person who sodomized the beast is required to pay its owner the dead animal's full market value.

In Lebanon, only men are legally allowed to have sex with animals. But the gender of the animal is importantâ€"it must always be female. A man's having sexual relations with a male animal is considered a mortal sin and brings a death penalty for those who get caught.

According to Lebanese law, a woman must be executed for fornicating with any animalâ€"wild or domesticated. -- http://www.dribbleglass.com/subpages/strange/sexlaws3.htm

Hinuon duna pay gipahigayong blood culture aron matun-an ang maong kaso.

(EIM)  (BANATNEWS)
