Lyrics:

I took my love, I took it down
Climbed a mountain and I turned around
I saw my reflection in the snow covered hills
till the landslide brought me down

Oh, mirror in the sky
What is love
Can the child within my heart rise above
Can I sail thru the changing ocean tides
Can I handle the seasons of my life

Well, Ive been afraid of changing
cause Ive built my life around you
But time makes you bolder
Children get older
Im getting older too

Oh, take my love, take it down
Climb a mountain and turn around
If you see my reflection in the snow covered hills
Well the landslide will bring it down

If you see my reflection in the snow covered hills
Well maybe the landslide will bring it down

I stopped at the hospital earlier to do rounds; and saw a gangrinic foot. It was completely removed via TMA (total metatarsal amputation).

I am hoping that the patient will not experience any further infections.

I really am fascinated by the precision of lower extremity orthopaedic surgery and podiatric surgery.

Glorious!

After doing cranial anatomy today, I realized that we were unable to retract the frontalis muscle due to the minute sheath; though we were able to retract the scalp to expose the occipitalis.

Successfully, we were able to remove the right eye and related nerves and structures and located the lacrimal glands and adjacent excretory ducts. Though it was rather hard trying to distinguish the lacrimal gland from surrounding adipose tissue, which was rather obtuse throughout the orbital septum

Surgically, it was a success in exposing said structures, though I wish we had more time to separate the frontal bone and the frontalis. And go inside to observe the supraorbital vessels that traverse through the supraorbital notch.

More work for anther day.

The Philippines needs a strong man. I am not saying that he needs to be identical to Marcos, but definiately has to have the good qualities of Marcos; but definitely one that will not cower in fear as a result of people power movements, will not back down to the threats and jihadist sentiments of islamofascist muslims. One that will lead by example and not just by words and empty promises.

This leader, this individual must be a strong man, one that will not be afraid to strengthen the power of the military and reverse the edicts made by Corazon Aquino in weakening the military.

This man must not only be a man of promise, but a man of great oratory skills. To be able to rally the people under a common cause.

One that resembles the character and the ability of the then-young President Marcos.

Have you ever wondered something special?

That despite our location, despite our time, our history, we all look at the same sun? The same rising sun, the same setting sun?

It is rather humbling, for me, to know that the very sun that I see rise in the morning and set in the evening is the very same sun that Abraham, Moses, David, Jacob, Job, and Elijah saw in their own respective times.

When Abraham went to the mount to offer Isaac as sacrifice, he was lit by the very same sun that shines for us in the morning. The same goes for Moses, David, Jacob, Job, and Elijah.

Amazing, isn't it?

Another reason why I love Valencia is where i grew up as a child.

It is the home of my childhood memories.
If I close my eyes, I can still see my Lola Nating outside of our house in Valencia.
If I close my eyes, I can still remember the sound of the rooster in the morning.

I can still smell the exhaust from my Lolo's truck

I can still remember driving with my Lolo, in my early youth, to Badjang, and just sitting next to him in his truck and eating pandesal and sharing a big bottle of coke with him.

That is why I love Valencia.

Sinus infection is a result of flu, as well as allergies.

The physical manifest of nasal mucosa dripping is nothing but the body's immune defense in high mode.

The physiology of your co-worker's condition is that some kind of bacterial or viral pathogen entered her body and solicited her monocytic-macrophage defense system; which resulted in the hematopoietic production of white blood cells in the bone marrow, a surge of neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils, cytotoxic cells, helper cells, b-cells, t-cells entered the nasal system via diapadesis and is fighting the foreign pathogen.

In response, her body is producing excess nasal mucosa in order to expel the invading microbe, bacterial, virus out of the body.

To augment her natural immunologicla defense, your colleague should take any over-the-counter nasal decongestant as well as take Vitamin C's.

General Topic / Re: The Physiology and Anatomy of Taste
November 04, 2008, 12:57:17 PM
In presence of sinus infection, which comes in the form of drowsiness, as well as nasal congestion and or nasal drippage, the loss of smell affects the way in which foods taste to the person. The receptors for smell are located deep in the nasal cavity and the loss of smell affects how we taste food because the swelling in the nasal mucous membranes will result in the prevention of any aroma from reaching these receptors deep in the nose.

Due to the fact that the neurovascular bundles responsible for sending afferent messages to receptors for taste and smell are closely branched; any damage or blockage of one will directly affect the other.

That is why, when one has sinus infection, one's taste ability is significantly diminished. Until the alleviation of the infection.

One who has earned my hand is Percy Bysshe Shelley. His poems epitomize the raw romanticism of the early 19th century; in avid retrospect to the vivacious rawness of nature and human emotions.

From reading Shelley's work, one can't help to see his eventual progression from adolescent rebellion to the reverie of youth to the eventual sad depression in his later works before his untimely death in 1822.

I take from his work, his unrepressed feelings of raw human emotions in dealing with love and unrequited love, in dealing with criticizing the status quo, and in dealing with ordered establishments. One can even dare to say, that his own literary and physical death was a protest to the literary and political establishments of the day.

If you know the life of Percy B. Shelley, you will undoubtedly know what I'm tithing about.

The following is an excerpt from Percy B. Shelley's The Magnetic Lady to her patient

O Mary dear, that you were here
With your brown eyes bright and clear.
And your sweet voice, like a bird
Singing love to its lone mate
In the ivy bower disconsolate;
Voice the sweetest ever heard!
And your brow more...
Than the ... sky
Of this azure Italy.
Mary dear, come to me soon,
I am not well whilst thou art far;
As sunset to the sphered moon,
As twilight to the western star,
Thou, beloved, art to me.

O Mary dear, that you were here;
The Castle echo whispers 'Here!'â€"“To Mary”

Our eyes are always the same size from birth, but our nose and ears never stop growing.

Are you scared?

The eyes are completed in formation by the later stages of intrauterine embryological development.

The growth of noses and ears are directly dependent on AER, which stands for Apical Ectodermal Ridge, which is responsible for continued growth of limbs, appendages and facial extremities; which continues to manifest until puberty and or adulthood.

Critical to these said processes are enzymatic functions in proper synchrony.

Who here knows about the tastes of our tongues?

There are at least four qualities in human taste perception: saltiness, sourness, sweetness and bitterness (though some say umami is another). All qualities can be elicited form the regions of the tongue that contain taste buds, specialized structures that contain the taste cells, the detectors of tastants (substances capable of eliciting taste). Taste buds are onion shaped structures that contain about 50-100 cells. The bud rests in the basal lamina, and in its apical portion the taste cells project microvilli that poke through an opening called the taste pore.

Tastants dissolved in saliva contact the taste cells through the pore, interacting with taste receptors or ion channels on the surface of the cells. The result is a depolarization of the taste cells, leading to the release of neurotransmitters that will, in turn, stimulate afferent nerve fibers connected to the taste cells.

This information will be processed by central gustatory neurons. Each tasting stimulous generates a unique pattern of activity across a large set of neurons, which explains taste discrimination.

Interesting, eh?  :)

In regards to said verse in scripture;

When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. "Where have you laid him?" he asked. "Come and see, Lord," they replied. Jesus wept. Then the Jews said, "See how he loved him!"

Sir Felix,

The act of visiting the grave of the dead, is in itself expressed in scripture, in the volume of John 11. Upon hearing of the death of Lazarus, Christ went to the house of Lazarus to hear the cries and wails of his relatives. And the Savior, Christ Jesus Himself, was affected by it. So much as that The Lord, The Giver of Life, was reduced to tears.

The Lord was affected by the sorrows and he cries of the relatives of Lazarus. Christ, himself, went to visit the grave of Lazarus. As a measure to give his respect as well as to raise him from the dead.

We follow in his example to offer respects. As Christ visited the grave of Lazarus to resurrect him in order, the same way as the Disciples visited the grave of Christ Jesus after his crucifixion and witnessed the Transfiguration of The Christ.

We follow Sacred Tradition, In Lieu with Sacred Scripture. As it was always meant to have been followed, since the very beginning.

Tradition and Scripture go hand in hand.

For those that do not know what Melamine is, Melamine resin, a mix of melamine and formaldehyde is used and found in kitchenware, coloring dyes, as well as preservatives.

How is it that melamine resin is found in kitchen eggs and milk products from China? The answer to this is because the Chinese agricultural industry has added melamine to the feed to their poultry, and chickenry.

The reasons for them to do this is because melamine is rich in nitrogen, and relatively cheap. Adding it to sub-standard animal feed or watered-down milk makes their protein levels appear higher.

Unfortunately for the world market, the Chinese poultry industry, like many Chinese industries have little to no checking systems; that or the company is able to bribe health inspectors, as is a major problem concerning the People's Republic of China. Corruption in China is a gigantic problem, which dwarfs the corruption within the Philippines and other ASEAN member states.

The chinese mentality concerning melamine resin volume is that the more melamine fed to chicken, the whiter the eggs, the more protein the milk derivatives of cows, etc etc.

There is no 3 tiered health system and checks and balance in China as found in modernized and scrutinized nations such as The United States and other Western Countries.

This is the penalty we all pay for aquiescing to cheap Chinese products.
Cheapness does not necessarily translate to healthy or above-par.

Faithfully Yours,
Bran Lorenzo

Bible Study / Re: Your Favorite Biblical Figures?
November 02, 2008, 01:39:11 PM
Another biblical figure that I keep close to my heart is the Blessed Archangel Raphael, Glorious Archangel, One who Stands Before the Throne of God. He is important to me because in a particular passage in scripture, it is revealed to us that our prayers, indeed, rise like incense to the Mighty Lord. As Angels deliver it to the Most High, as what Blessed Raphael did so in the case of Tobit and Sarah.

Scripture declares it so:

Raphael called the two men aside privately and said to them: "Thank God! Give him the praise and the glory. Before all the living, acknowledge the many good things he has done for you, by blessing and extolling his name in song. Before all men, honor and proclaim God's deeds, and do not be slack in praising him.
A king's secret it is prudent to keep, but the works of God are to be declared and made known. Praise them with due honor. Do good, and evil will not find its way to you.
Prayer and fasting are good, but better than either is almsgiving accompanied by righteousness. A little with righteousness is better than abundance with wickedness. It is better to give alms than to store up gold;for almsgiving saves one from death and expiates every sin. Those who regularly give alms shall enjoy a full life;

but those habitually guilty of sin are their own worst enemies.
"I will now tell you the whole truth; I will conceal nothing at all from you. I have already said to you, 'A king's secret it is prudent to keep, but the works of God are to be made known with due honor.'

I can now tell you that when you, Tobit, and Sarah prayed, it was I who presented and read the record of your prayer before the Glory of the Lord; and I did the same thing when you used to bury the dead. When you did not hesitate to get up and leave your dinner in order to go and bury the dead, I was sent to put you to the test. At the same time, however, God commissioned me to heal you and your daughter-in-law Sarah.

I am Raphael, one of the seven angels who enter and serve before the Glory of the Lord."

Stricken with fear, the two men fell to the ground.

But Raphael said to them: "No need to fear; you are safe. Thank God now and forever.
As for me, when I came to you it was not out of any favor on my part, but because it was God's will. So continue to thank him every day; praise him with song.
Even though you watched me eat and drink, I did not really do so; what you were seeing was a vision.

So now get up from the ground and praise God. Behold, I am about to ascend to him who sent me; write down all these things that have happened to you." When Raphael ascended they rose to their feet and could no longer see him.

They kept thanking God and singing his praises; and they continued to acknowledge these marvelous deeds which he had done when the angel of God appeared to them.

Another favorite figure is Jacob, who is later to be known as Israel, after he wrestled with God The Father. And was blessed by The Almighty. Behold, Jacob saw the Face of God!

22And he rose up that night, and took his two wives, and his two womenservants, and his eleven sons, and passed over the ford Jabbok.

23And he took them, and sent them over the brook, and sent over that he had.

24And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.

25And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him.

26And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.

27And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob.

28And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.

29And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there.

30And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.

31And as he passed over Penuel the sun rose upon him, and he halted upon his thigh.

32Therefore the children of Israel eat not of the sinew which shrank, which is upon the hollow of the thigh, unto this day: because he touched the hollow of Jacob's thigh in the sinew that shrank. Because Jacob was able to wrestle with the Almighty Himself.

I admire many personal figures in Sacred Scripture, but one who captures my attention will always be the anointed King David. David, came from humble beginnings and was a Sheppard prior to his anointing by the Most High.

David, though was weak, was able to conquer and defeat his enemies, by the Grace of Almighty God. And his song of songs to the Most High is what always touches my heart. His songs to The Lord illustrates the Love of God. And His Unparalleled Might, Justice, Power, Glory, and Beauty.
David pleased and delighted The Almighty by praising him with his voice and songs. Music, when praising God with all your heart, is one of the greatest things. As King David tended his sheep everyday as a shepherd in his younger days, he played on his harp and sang about the glory of God, as well as his love for his Father.

David's Song to The Lord (Psalm 19)

1 The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

2 Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they display knowledge.

3 There is no speech or language
where their voice is not heard.

4 Their voice  goes out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.
In the heavens he has pitched a tent for the sun,

5 which is like a bridegroom coming forth from his pavilion,
like a champion rejoicing to run his course.

6 It rises at one end of the heavens
       and makes its circuit to the other;
nothing is hidden from its heat.

7 The law of the LORD is perfect,
       reviving the soul.
The statutes of the LORD are trustworthy,
       making wise the simple.

8 The precepts of the LORD are right,
       giving joy to the heart.
The commands of the LORD are radiant,
       giving light to the eyes.

9 The fear of the LORD is pure,
       enduring forever.
The ordinances of the LORD are sure
       and altogether righteous.

10 They are more precious than gold,
       than much pure gold;
       they are sweeter than honey,
       than honey from the comb.

11 By them is your servant warned;
in keeping them there is great reward.

12 Who can discern his errors?
       Forgive my hidden faults.

13 Keep your servant also from willful sins;
may they not rule over me.
       Then will I be blameless,
       innocent of great transgression.

14 May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
       be pleasing in your sight,
O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.

The death of Lazarus, the good friend of Jesus, even affected our Savior.
Though The Lord knew that Lazarus would die, he came to resurrect him to show the power of His father.

Lord Jesus Christ, was even moved to tears and went to visit the grave of Lazarus, to resurrect him. So that man would see the power of God. But the important thing is that even The Lord, Jesus Christ, God Blessed Forever, was brought to tears.

Scripture declares it so:

When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. "Where have you laid him?" he asked. "Come and see, Lord," they replied. Jesus wept. Then the Jews said, "See how he loved him!"

--John 11: 33-37

As even the Lord, The Giver of Life, cried for Lazarus, and was HIMSELF deeply moved at the sorrows of Lazarus' friends and family. And so therefore raised Lazarus from the dead. The basis for us to visit the grave of our loved ones and to weep for them and to remember them is solidified in scripture. As even Christ Jesus, WHO IS GOD BLESSED FOREVER, HIMSELF, cried at the death of Lazarus.

God Bless,

Yes, we should.

The standard Jewish Old Testament at the time of Christ was the Septuagint, which was created in 280 B.C. by 72 Jewish scribes who translated the existing Hebrew texts into Greek. This version was used by the writers of the New Testament as evidenced by their citing it over 300 times out of 350 Old Testament references in preference to other versions. The Septuagint contains the seven books considered "apocrypha" by the Protestants (Tobias, Judith, Wisdom, Ecclesiasticus/Sirach, Baruch, I and II Maccabees). It is the version referred to in the Didache and quoted by Origen, Irenaeus of Lyons, Hippolytus, Tertullian, Cyprian of Carthage, Justin Martyr, and St. Augustine. The Epistle of Pope Clement, written around A.D. 96, refers to Ecclesiasticus, Wisdom, and Judith. The seven books were also found among the Dead Sea Scrolls, which are dated between 168 B.C. and A.D. 68

All of these references implied the need and the holiness of those who did so, for example:

2 Maccabees 12:44-45:
For if he were not expecting that those who had fallen would rise again, it would have been superfluous and foolish to pray for the dead. But if he was looking to the splendid reward that is laid up for those who fall asleep in godliness, it was a holy and pious thought. Therefore he made atonement for the dead, that they might be delivered from their sin.

Sirach 7:33, where we are called to “withhold not kindnesses from the dead.”

Jesus taught that the Church is a vine and we are the branches. This vine comprises the “Body of Christ” in a mystical sense. Do we believe the dead are chopped off of the vine? Do we believe the dead are no longer part of the Body of Christ? Of course not. Christ conquered death and thus, the dead are still part of the mystical Body of Christ and know exactly what is happening on earth. If they need our prayers, it would be Christian of us to pray for them.

So where is prayer for the dead in the New Testament. The clearest example is from St. Paul
2 Timothy 1:16-18.
May the Lord grant mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, for he often refreshed me; he was not ashamed of my chains, but when he arrived in Rome he searched for me eagerly and found me â€" may the Lord grant him to find mercy from the Lord on that Day â€" and you well know all the service he rendered at Ephesus

The point here is that Onesiphorus was already dead. And St. Paul clearly prays, “may the Lord grant him to find mercy.” St. Paul was praying that a dead man receive mercy.

We see this again from St. Paul:
1 Corinthians 15:29.
Otherwise, what do people mean by being baptized on behalf of the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, why are people baptized on their behalf?

The word “baptism” is often used to refer to suffering and afflictions (see Luke 12:50 and Mark 10:38-39). So Christians are suffering for the dead. That’s a very Catholic thought that suggests (as Paul does above) that the dead can be affected by our prayers and sufferings.

1 Corinthians 3:11-15.
For no other foundation can any one lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any one builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble â€" each man’s work will become manifest; for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done. If the work which any man has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward. If any man’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire.

When we pray for the dead, we pray for those who are suffering loss, who are saved, but only through fire. Pray for your loved ones as well, that they may see the face of God. As they say, “May God rest their souls

In The Name of Christ Jesus, Lord and Savior.
Faithfully Yours,
Lorenzo

Our God is a God of Order, a God of Law, a God of Judgment.

Our God is not a God of Rebellion.

For what does he need to Rebel?

What does the Divine Ruler of the Entire Universe, who organized the very heavens, need to fight for?

Two Words Describe Him:    I    AM

What he wants shall be mandated, by His Divine Will. As there is no creature (seen or unseen) that escapes His Ever-Knowing, Ever-Watching Eyes.

Our God is  a God of Order, Of Power, Of Glory, Of Authority, Of Might.

Who Rebelled against God? Was it not Lucifer and his fallen angels? And by their rebellion, lost contact and grace with The Most High. And their rebellion was crushed by the Power of the Most High.

Lady,

I don't know what to say. Now there's no looking forward and there's no turning back.
Do you feel what I am feeling right now?

Close your eyes, and try to sleep now. Close your eyes and try to dream. As I try to.

When I close my eyes, I think of you, I hear your voice inside me, and I see your face.

What have you done to me? lol.

I must control these feelings, Lady.

This particular scriptural verse is very meaningful to me. Meaningful because Christ, Our Lord and Savior Himself foretold of the rise and spread of Christianity to the corners of the world.

The Lord said that many will come from the east and the west to take their place in Heaven with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

He has foretold of the Christians of the East. From the West.

He has foretold of the Roman Catholic Church, who by THE GRACE OF GOD, has spread Christianity to all of the world. To all of Europe. And to the New World, The Americas.

We, Filipinos, are Christian and share the bread of Christ by the spreading of the Faith by means of the Spaniards.

Everything happened for a reason.

When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking for help. "Lord," he said, "my servant lies at home paralyzed and in terrible suffering."
Jesus said to him, "I will go and heal him."
The centurion replied, "Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and that one, 'Come,' and he comes. I say to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it."
When Jesus heard this, he was astonished and said to those following him, "I tell you the truth, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith. I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
Then Jesus said to the centurion, "Go! It will be done just as you believed it would." And his servant was healed at that very hour.

Bible Study / Your Duties as Man
November 01, 2008, 08:59:18 PM
Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. For he is God's servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

Don Señor Valeriano Weyler Nicolau  Marqués de Tenerife was a strong proponent of greater Spanish-Filipino unity and a large proponent of the liberalization of the Philippines. Under his administration, he had difficulty with the episcopacy in the Philippines, which was for a lack of a better word, extremely conservative, in terms of social understanding.

Don Señor Valeriano Weyler Nicolau  Marqués de Tenerife, who was trained in the military academy in Spain, was a stern Governor General, one who acquiesced to greater Filipino-European trade; and greater educational development, yet at the same time was an oponent of the Moro Rebellions in the south.

He was called to Cuba to suppress the Rebellion in Cuba, under Royal Spanish Decree.

His administration was responsible for widening the Philippine port trade with other Western Countries and even the United States. One that would eventually haunt the Spaniards in coming years.

Don Señor Valeriano Weyler Nicolau  Marqués de Tenerife,
El Gobernador General de la Territorio Espana de la Islas Filipinas
Circa 1890

The Philippines has been a predominantly a patriarchal society, during pre-hispanic times and made so evident during the Age of Hispanica of the Philippines. However, the birth of women's movement in the Philippines officially began in the late 19th century under the Gobernatorial rule of Don Señor Valeriano Weyler Nicolau  Marqués de Tenerife. Who was the Spanish Governor General of the Philippines from 1888 to 1891.

Under his administration, Don Señor Valeriano Weyler Nicolau  Marqués de Tenerife granted the petitions of 20 young women of Malolos, Bulacan to have education and to have a night school. Many consider this as a turning point of the status of women in the Philippines to have the right to education. The original petition was denied by the parish priest of Malolos, who argued that women should always stay at home and take care of the family. Weyler happened to visit Malolos after that and he granted the petition since the women had not yet lost hope on their petition. Jose Rizal wrote a letter to the women, as a request of Marcelo H. Del Pilar, praising their initiative and sensibility on their high hopes for women's education and progress.

We belong, we belong to the light
Many times Ive tried to tell you
Many times Ive cried alone
Always Im surprised how well you
Cut my feelings to the bone

Dont want to leave you really
Ive invested too much time
To give you up that easy
To the doubts that complicate your mind

Chorus:

We belong to the light
We belong to the thunder
We belong to the sound of the words
Weve both fallen under
Whatever we deny or embrace
For worse or for better
We belong, we belong
We belong together

Maybe its a sign of weakness
When I dont know what to say
Maybe I just wouldnt know
What to do with my strength anyway
Have we become a habit
Do we distort the facts
Now theres no looking forward
Now theres no turning back
When you say

(chorus)

Close your eyes and try to sleep now
Close your eyes and try to dream
Clear your mind and do your best
To try and wash the palette clean
We cant begin to know it
How much we really care
I hear your voice inside me
I see your face everywhere
Still you say

These Revolutionistas took these uniforms either from dead Spanish soldiers killed in battle or raided it from military warehouses.

If one knows his or her military history of the given time period (late Victorian), one will realize that the helmet worn by the Filipino officer is that of the Spanish design. The common infantry soldier is wearing a miniature sombrero, of typical Spanish imprint. The rifles being used here are Spanish Mausers.

The following is an illustration of the uniform of the Imperial Spanish Army during the Late 19th century. Comparative.

hahaha, I like this. I like this.

We need a far more isolationist policy, me-thinks. The United States needs to focus more on demographic development.

We must reclaim American Jobs. We must scrutinize the Iraqi government to take its share of the security of Iraq, as their military has been retrained.

The United States needs to start its gradual pull out of Iraq.

We have 150,000 US troops in Iraq, when they should be at home or deployed in other strategic parts of the world. Al Qaeda is not in Iraq. Al Qaeda is in the mountains of Afghanistan and the border between Pakistan.
