How to Get Rich
By Mark Morgan Ford

"Contrary to popular modern belief, it is still quite possible for the successful individual to make his million - and more."

J. Paul Getty wrote these words in 1960, in his book, How to Be Rich. It's as true now as it was then... and Getty shows his readers that anyone with the right mentality can get rich by developing a handful of habits.

Getty was a very rich man. I've heard it said that in today's dollars, his wealth was greater than Bill Gates' and Warren Buffett's put together.

Getty made his fortune by buying up oil businesses at bargain prices just after the depression. A small portion of the book is devoted to telling this story. The rest of it presents his thesis: Anyone with the right mentality can get rich by developing a handful of habits.

How to Be Rich is very easy to read. Written as a series of essays for Playboy magazine, it feels like a casual conversation with a very rich friend.

"Although there are no sure-fire formulas for achieving success in business," Getty says, "there are some fundamental rules to the game, which, if followed, tip the odds of success very much in the businessman's favor."

Those rules include:
The best way to make a fortune is to own your own business.
The central aim of every business is to produce more and better goods (or more and better services) to more people at a lower cost.
A sense of thrift is essential for success in business.
Legitimate opportunities for expansion should not be overlooked.
The business owner must run his own business. He cannot expect employees to run it for him.
The business owner must be constantly alert for new ways to improve his products and services and increase his production and sales.
Nothing builds confidence and volume faster than a reputation for standing behind one's product.
The book is loaded with practical advice for business owners and employees who want to share in the profits of their businesses.

How to Be Rich also has a chapter devoted to passive investing. Most people don't realize it, but Getty's record as a buyer of stocks was stellar. What was his strategy? To buy great companies with distinct competitive advantages when their shares are cheap.

Sound familiar?

Another chapter talks about real estate. Getty was a big believer in real estate as a secondary investment and made millions that way. He also talks about investing in fine art. In the course of his business life, Getty acquired one of the greatest private collections of art in his time. He left much of that collection to various museums, including the Getty Museum in Malibu, California.

What I like about this book - besides the fact that Getty has come to the same conclusions on wealth-building that I have - is that it is extremely motivational. There is something about the way he writes that feels authentic (as opposed to Donald Trump, for example). When you have the world's richest man giving you advice on getting rich, you want to listen.

That said, a few of his ideas might be surprising to some readers. For example, Getty is famous for pinching pennies... But he believed in paying his employees well and letting his best employees get wealthy by sharing in the profits. He was not condescending to his employees. He treated them like partners.

The most successful business people I know share this view.

Another contrarian idea: Getty disputes the idea that the business owners should think big and take big chances. His success, he says, came from "thinking small" (i.e. paying attention to details) and avoiding risk at every juncture.

If you have ambitions of being truly rich one day, you should read How to Be Rich. If you have already read it once, you should read it again and again.

Maribojoc Mayor Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr. with Amigo writer-director John Sayles (third from right) and producer
Maggie Renzi (beside Mayor Evasco) at one of the film’s location site in Toril, Maribojoc.

The international movie ‘Amigo’, formerly ‘Baryo’ and filmed entirely in Bohol, will premiere in Tagbilaran City on February 9 at the ICM Screenville 1.
The John Sayles’ saga of a slice of Philippine-American War in 1900 has been getting rave reviews in film festivals abroad, such as in Toronto, San Sebastian (Spain), London, Los Angeles and Argentina.
Amigo, cited as a movie that traces the roots of American war policies, offers not only a visual treat but an educational experience as well on a forgotten era of Philippine history.
This international film introduces some 80 Boholano talents who play supporting roles (6 of whom with name characters) as villagers or guerrillas, and provide able support to an international cast that includes some award-winning Hollywood actors and veteran Filipino thespians.
Amigo shows many natural and heritage sites in Bohol, particularly the rice fields, forests and river views of interior villages of Toril, Maribojoc, the Clarin ancestral house in Loay, the Basdacu cave in loon, a scenic filed in Corella, a part of the San Agustin Church in Panglao and a hanging bridge in Antequera.
Film director John Sayles, producer Maggie Renzi and some of the film’s cast led by veteran Joel Torre will attend the premier screening.
Part of the proceeds of the screening will go to the Baryo Amigo Project, a continuity project aimed at developing crafts and encouraging sustainable livelihood activities to help support the large farming and fishing communities in the film sites, as well as set up a learning center for young villagers.

Hello balong,

Good day to you.. Hope you’re doing great while viewing my profile.

In this crowded dating site I see thousands of faces but none of them can light up my heart like you do on my first look at your profile. I don’t know how to explain these strange feelings of mine but I am very much certain that you did great in lighting up my day. You are my star.

At first I have doubts in joining this site because I am afraid that I may not be able to meet the men’s standard in their search of their lifetime partner. But after a while I am amazed on how you guys behave and respect the women are who also enrolled in this particular site.

Upon viewing your profile I feel flattered because at least I did match up with some of your expectations. It’s great to know that up to these days there are still romantic, loving, sweet and responsible men out there who wish for someone like me who is a simple lady, family oriented, care-free, loyal and trustworthy.

Another thing about me that I’d like to share you is that I am responsible person, faithful and I am very much available on any kind of relationships. I am single and ready to mingle.

By the way, I am high school graduate and a production worker. I am sales personnel in one of the biggest establishments here in Cebu city Philippines and I am the eldest among 3 siblings. I am into sports during my high school. I play volleyball, badminton, dart and basketball as well.

I decided to join this site because I wanted to meet someone who will take care of me and will love me for the rest of my life. I want a long lasting relationship. Someone who will be there for me, support me, trust me, comfort me, appreciate me, and love me. I don’t want a perfect person, I just want someone to act silly with, someone who treats me well and loves being with me more than anything.

How about you, what are your standards on a perfect partner? What most likely makes you busy and how did you spent your spare time?

Hope to know more about you. I am looking forward to exchange letters with you, talk to you on the phone or in live chat or by any means as much as it fits on your ideal way of communicating with me.

Anyway forgive me if you find grammar lapses in my letter, this is just all what I’ve got after 4 years of taking English subjects during my high school days.. I’ll be more glad and happy to have your feedback soon.

I am online today; you can drop by on the chat room and talk to me over live chat.

I’ll wait for you… take care.

Kisses for you,

Chen-style t'ai chi ch'uan)
(陳氏太極拳)

Chen-style practitioners in Single Whip
Also known as   Chen-style taijiquan
Chen family taijiquan
Chen school of taijiquan
Chen shi taijiquan
Date founded   late 16th centuary
Country of origin   China
Founder   Chen Wangting
Current head   Chen Xiaowang
11th gen. Chen
Arts taught   T'ai chi ch'uan
Ancestor arts   Neijia
Descendant arts   Yang-style taijiquan,
Wu (Hao)-style taijiquan
Practitioners   Chen Fake,
Chen Zhaopi (陈ç...§ä¸•),
Chen Zhaokui (陈ç...§å¥Ž),
Chen Zhenglei(陈正雷),
Chen Xiaoxing (陈小星)

The Chen family-style (陳家、陳氏 or 陳式 太極拳) is the oldest and parent form of the five traditional family styles. Chen-style is characterized by Silk reeling (chán sī jìn; 纏絲勁), alternating fast/slow motion and bursts of power (fa jin; 發勁).[1]
Contemporary t'ai chi ch'uan is typically practised for a number of widely varying reasons: health, external/internal martial art skills, aesthetics, meditation or as an athletic/competition sport (sometimes called "wushu tai chi"). Therefore a teacher's system, practice and choice of training routines usually emphasizes one of these characteristics during training. The five traditional schools, precisely because they are traditional, attempt to retain the martial applicability of their teaching methods. Some argue that the Chen tradition emphasizes this martial efficacy to a greater extent.[1]

Origin Theories
The origin and nature of what is now known as tai chi is not historically verifiable until around the 17th century. Documents of this period indicate the Chen clan settled in Chenjiagou (Chen Village, 陳家溝), Henan province, in the 13th century and reveal the defining contribution of Chen Wangting (陈王庭; 1580â€"1660).[2] It is therefore not clear how the Chen family actually came to practise their unique martial style and contradictory "histories" abound. What is known is that the other four contemporary traditional tai chi styles (Yang, Sun, Wu and Woo) trace their teachings back to Chen village in the early 1800s.[3][4]
Chen Village (Chenjiagou)[edit]
According to Chen Village family history, Chen Bu (陳仆; 陈卜) was a skilled martial artist who started the martial arts tradition within Chen Village.[5] The Chen family were originally from Shanxi, Hong Dong (山西洪洞). Chen Bu, considered to be the founder of the village, moved from Shanxi to Wen County, Henan Province (河南溫县) in 1374. The new area was originally known as Chang Yang Cun (常陽æ') or Sunshine village and grew to include a large number of Chen descendants. Because of the three deep ravines (Gou) beside the village it came to be known as Chen Jia Gou (陳家溝) or Chen Family creek/brook. For generations onwards, the Chen Village was known for their martial arts.
The special nature of Tai Chi Chuan practice was attributed to the ninth generation Chen Village leader, Chen Wangting (陳王廷; 陈王庭; 1580â€"1660). He codified pre-existing Chen training practice into a corpus of seven routines. This included five routines of tai chi chuan (太極拳äº"è·¯), 108 form Long Fist (一百零å...«å‹¢é•·æ‹³ï¼‰and a more rigorous routine known as Cannon Fist (ç,®æ¶ä¸€è·¯). Chen Wangting integrated different elements of Chinese philosophy into the martial arts training to create a new approach that we now recognize as the Internal martial arts. He added the principles of Yin-Yang theory (the universal principle of complementary opposites), the techniques of Doayin (leading and guiding energy) and Tu-na (expelling and drawing energy), theories encountered in Traditional Chinese Medicine and described in such texts as the Huang Di Nei Jing(《黃帝å...§ç¶"》; Yellow Emperor's Canon of Chinese Medicine). In addition, Wangting incorporated the boxing theories from sixteen different martial art styles as described in the classic text, Ji Xiao Xin Shu(繼效新書; "New Book Recording Effective Techniques"; ~ 1559-1561) written by the Ming General Qi Jiguang (戚繼å...‰; 1528â€"1588).[5]
Chen Changxing (陳長興 Chén ChángxÄ«ng, Ch'en Chang-hsing, 1771â€"1853), 14th generation Chen Village martial artist, synthesized Chen Wangting's open fist training corpus into two routines that came to be known as "Old Frame" (老架; lao jia). Those two routines are named individually as the First Form (Yilu; 一路) and the Second Form (Erlu; 二路, more commonly known as the Cannon Fist ç,®æ¶). Chen Changxing, contrary to Chen family tradition, also took the first recorded non-family member as a disciple, Yang Luchan (1799â€"1871), who went on to popularize the art throughout China, but as his own family tradition known as Yang-style t'ai chi ch'uan. The Chen family system was only taught within the Chen village region until 1928.
Chen Youben (陳有本; 1780~1858), also of the 14th Chen generation, is credited with starting another Chen training tradition. This system also based on two routines is known as "Small Frame" (xiao jia; 小架).[5] Small Frame system of training eventually lead to the formation of two other styles of Tai chi chuan that show strong Chen family influences, Zhaobao jia (趙堡架) and Hulei jia (Thunder style; 忽雷架). However they are not considered a part of the Chen family lineage.

The Next Crash Will Happen On Obama’s Watch!

Hi rene, at this time we’d like to offer our condolences to President Obama.

EVG Research Team here, and no, we’re not confused about who won the election.

We offer our condolences because we are now nearly 100% certain the next economic crash will happen on Obama’s watch.

When the dollar walks off a cliff and the people’s savings are sucked dry with each passing day...

When the next wave of job layoffs comes crashing down on an already tired and weary public...

When the rise in gas, food and other energy prices can no longer be ignored, skyrocketing to record levels...

And when the bad gets terrifyingly worse, President Obama will most likely be in charge.

The day after the election, the DOW fell 312 points.  Yet at the same time, the stock prices of gun-makers Smith & Wesson and Sturm, Ruger & Co. surged 8% and 6% higher.

That’s because, just like after the 2008 election, people are purchasing more guns and ammo.

That’s one way to prepare for the coming crash. Another way is by turning to The Elevation Group.

(Over the next 4 years, millions will see their hopes of retirement threatened by economic collapse. The Elevation Group has a solution: Click here to become a member.)

This isn’t entirely about President Obama. Had Governor Romney been elected, we’d be offering him condolences too.

But now that the election is settled, it’s important to analyze where we are and where things are going from here.

Will President Obama Do the Right Thing?

There’s only one way to make the coming crash easier, and that’s to pay down our debt.  The less debt we have, the less interest we will have to pay once rates inevitably rise.

But President Obama has no plans to pay down the debt.  At most, he hopes to shrink the rate of new debt by a little.  It was the same with Governor Romney.  But that’s not enough.

The US will hit the new debt ceiling of $16.394 trillion early next year.  And while some have hope that the debt limit will not be raised, that’s unlikely.  Congress and the President will find some way to move the debt ceiling higher - just like they always have - and we will continue to tack on trillions.

In Obama’s first 4 years, the debt moved from $9.1 trillion to more than $16.2 trillion. We’re almost certain to pass $20 trillion in his next 4 years - and maybe go much higher.

If interest rates surge like they did in the early 1980’s, the last time we faced high inflation, paying 10%-15% on TWENTY TRILLION in debt will consume our annual budget.  Just like Bill Clinton warned about at the Democratic National Convention - which no one but us seemed to notice.

When that time comes, we’ll either default honestly, by restructuring our debt in a bankruptcy just like corporations and people do. This will lead to mass deflation.

OR... the Federal Reserve, with Obama’s blessing, will start printing money to pay the interest on the debt. This will lead to mass inflation.

Either way, through mass deflation or inflation, this will cause an economic collapse like we’ve never seen before.

How Obama Will Handle the Crash

Will he blame his predecessor?  I bet many critics would say “Yes.” But we think, probably not.

He’ll blame capitalism. He’ll blame greedy corporations and banks. He’ll blame anything but government policy or government spending - just like President Bush did when he said “Wall Street got drunk.”

The danger this time, is, the government will be in desperate need of money.  And anyone whose wealth is not destroyed by the crash could be a target.

In Obama’s own words, “ I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”

That’s why just buying gold & silver is not a foolproof strategy today.  The government has confiscated gold before and it could do it again.

Fortunately, we’re prepared.

The Elevation Group Has a Plan
to Survive and Thrive Under Any President

Let’s make it simple. The government tends to grow from one administration to the next, no matter which party is in charge.

So at The Elevation Group, we’re not surprised that the man who oversaw more debt than any other President in history got re-elected.  And we were certainly prepared for it.

Our strategy takes into account government growing larger and larger, because that is what our government has done since day one.  It doesn’t affect our plan at all.

We have unique gold and silver strategy sessions that deal with the issue of gold confiscation... and also how to avoid the 28% tax most gold-owners are forced to pay if they ever sell. (We bet your gold dealer doesn’t tell you about that tax.)

And most importantly, our investment strategy sessions are designed to withstand inflation AND deflation.

To discover how to thrive and prosper during the coming crash, that we expect to hit during Obama’s next 4 years, join us at The Elevation Group.  You’ll get instant access to our investment strategy sessions when you go here now and become a member:

President Obama has a tough road ahead of him.  He couldn’t erase the debt if he tried, but he’s not trying.  The debt will grow and money will continue to be printed.  But we’re prepared to survive and thrive regardless.

So far, our founder Mike Dillard has made a 310% return since 2008 - in an economy that was sinking.

To see how he does it, join us.  Go here now and register - we can’t wait to see your name in the members area.

Many municipalities are using accounting gimmicks and fiscal trickery to patch up holes in their budgets. Others are simply not reporting their budgets at all.

According to one recent report, 56% of municipal bond issuers were at least one update behind in reporting their budget status to investors, and 19% had failed to file any financial statements in the last four years!

Just like in Europe, leaders are desperately scrambling to find ways to mislead investors into believing they’re on solid financial footing.

In case you don’t remember, a huge scandal erupted when investigations discovered Goldman Sachs was helping Greece hide massive budget deficits through credit default swaps.

Well Bloomberg recently reported that Alabama used similar methods to hide its own massive debt burdens and as a last-ditch attempt to trick investors in its bonds.

And it’s not just Alabama ...

New Mexico is currently under a federal grand jury investigation for possible bid-rigging, tax evasion and other wrongdoing in issuing their bonds.

California tried to balance its budget using $524 million from its state pension fund.

Colorado attempted the same thing when they tried to use $500 million from workers’ compensation to pay for basic services.
That’s like taking $5 out of your right pocket ... putting it in your left pocket ... and claiming you’re $5 richer!

A massive budget crunch has ALREADY begun all across the country.

States, cities and counties have yet to fully recover from the strains of the Great Recession and are borrowing billions just to pay their basic expenses.

All told, state governments across the country face budget deficits of about $89 billion this fiscal year â€" the second largest in history â€" and have spent more than half a trillion dollars more than they bring in.

And just like in Greece, they’re now taking unprecedented austerity measures to stave off bankruptcy.

Scranton, Pennsylvania recently lowered every employee’s salary to minimum wage after they were left with only $5,000 in the city’s bank account.

New Jersey slashed its budget by 26% ... fired 1,300 state workers ... and is still facing a $10 billion budget deficit.

Arizona is so desperate, it sold its capital building and leased it back ... and canceled Medicaid funding for organ transplants.

State Comptroller Dan Hynes called Illinois a “deadbeat state” because it has about $5 billion in unpaid bills and no money to pay them.

At least 292 school districts across the country have cut the school week down to four days to cut costs ... and many plan to cut kindergarten.

And the city of Camden, New Jersey, is so broke, it’s firing its entire police force.
All told, state and local governments have cut 680,000 jobs just in the last four years.

And that’s just added to existing unemployment woes.

For instance, Nevada’s unemployment rate has skyrocketed from 7.6% in 2007 to 22.1% today.

Rhode Island is at 18.3%, more than double its rate in 2007.

And in California, one in every five citizens is out of work!

Soaring unemployment is crushing state and local tax revenues.

So what do the states do? They try and RAISE taxes in a last ditch attempt to stave off bankruptcy!

The Brookings Institute reports that more than 40 states raised taxes from 2009 to 2011.

But it doesn’t work.

Because businesses and people will simply leave the states where taxes are raised the most.

For instance, Illinois recently enacted record tax hikes â€" increasing its personal income tax rate by 67% and boosting its corporate income tax by 45%. Since then the state has lost over 100,000 jobs as companies like Abbott Labs and Jimmy John’s look to flee the state.

Or take a look at Maryland: Since 2007 the state instituted 24 new taxes or fees to boost revenues including a “millionaire’s tax.”

But a study conducted by the state discovered that these excess taxes actually COST the state $1.7 billion in revenue as rich residents moved to states with better tax rates.

Plus, even though the real estate market has supposedly “bottomed” ... municipalities are still feeling the pressure as millions of homeowners fight their property assessments and end up paying less money into government coffers.

Here’s how the New York State comptroller recently described the whole situation:

“Local governments were facing a ’perfect storm’ of financial pressures ... an unsolvable problem which logically takes you bankruptcy, bailout or control board.”

And if anything, we may all be UNDERESTIMATING just how bad the situation really is .

Secession petitions filed in 20 states
By Mike Krumboltz, Yahoo! News | The Lookout â€" 13 hrs ago

President Obama waves to the crowd on election night. (Photo By Chris Carlson, AP)
In the wake of last week's presidential election, thousands of Americans have signed petitions seeking permission for their states to peacefully secede from the United States. The petitions were filed on We the People, a government website.

States with citizens filing include Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Oddly, folks from Georgia have filed twice. Even stranger, several of the petitions come from states that went for President Barack Obama.

The petitions are short and to the point. For example, a petition from the Volunteer State reads: "Peacefully grant the State of Tennessee to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government." Of all the petitions, Texas has the most signatures so far, with more than 23,000.

Of course, this is mostly a symbolic gesture. The odds of the American government granting any state permission to go its own way are on par with winning the lottery while getting hit by a meteor while seeing Bigfoot while finding gluten-free pizza that tastes like the real thing.
An article from WKRC quotes a University of Louisville political science professor who explained that these petitions aren't uncommon. Similar petitions were filed following the 2004 and 2008 elections. Still, should the petitions garner 25,000 signatures in a month, they will require an official response from the Obama administration.

From the We the People site:
The right to petition your government is guaranteed by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. We the People provides a new way to petition the Obama Administration to take action on a range of important issues facing our country. We created We the People because we want to hear from you. If a petition gets enough support, White House staff will review it, ensure it's sent to the appropriate policy experts, and issue an official response.
Not everybody who wants to secede is polite enough to write a petition. Peter Morrison, treasurer of the Hardin County (Texas) Republican Party, wrote a post-election newsletter in which he urges the Lone Star State to leave the Union.

"We must contest every single inch of ground and delay the baby-murdering, tax-raising socialists at every opportunity. But in due time, the maggots will have eaten every morsel of flesh off of the rotting corpse of the Republic, and therein lies our opportunity... Why should Vermont and Texas live under the same government? Let each go her own way in peace, sign a free trade agreement among the states and we can avoid this gut-wrenching spectacle every four years."

Symbol: GBEN
Name: Global Resource Energy, Inc
Price: .07 - .09 cents
===========================

Global Resource Energy Inc is a Clean Energy Solutions Company that seeks to deliver Clean Renewable Energy around  the world, with an initial focus on North America.

Our principal focus is to acquire evolving renewable technologies and to deliver reliable, clean energy that is harvested from local sustainable natural resources like Wind, Sun, Water and Earth.

Global Resource Energy is a clean energy company that will provide services and solutions to businesses, communities and individuals so we can all enjoy a cleaner environment today and for tomorrow.

GBEN could revolutionize the alternative energy sector!

GBEN has acquired an innovative hydrogen fuel cell technology that shows extraordinary promise in early stage testing!

Fuel cell technology offers clean, efficient, reliable power generation to almost any device requiring electrical power.

To give you an idea of how powerful this acquisition is, just look at where it competes to replace a range of power supplies in many portable, stationary and transport applications, from battery chargers to home heating and power to cars!

GBEN's technology is hitting at the perfect time
as the outlook for fuel cells has continued to
improve in the last few years.

GBEN executed the close of a commercial assignment agreement with Atrius Holdings in regards to the assumption of patents and related interests in an alternative energy technology identified as the MyCroft Hydrogen R-LEG Fuel Cell.

The MyCroft technology is an innovative Recirculating Loop Electric Generator (R-LEG) which uses hydrogen as a catalyst but not as a fuel source.

The technology shows considerable promise as a fuel cell power source utilizing mechanical action as opposed to chemical reaction to create electricity.

Early studies show distinct promise in micro power environments with the distinct potential for eventual industrial scale applications!

GBEN believes the Mycroft Fuel Cell Technology represents a game-changing opportunity in the alternative energy sector and aims to advance and prove the feasibility of this potentially disruptive technology as a commercially viable technology with immense potential.

What is MyCroft Fuel Cell Tecnology?

Traditional fuel cells convert the chemical energy from a fuel into electricity through a chemical reaction with oxygen or another oxidizing agent.

Hydrogen is the most common fuel, but hydrocarbons such as natural gas and alcohols like methanol are sometimes used.

Fuel cells are different from batteries in that they require a constant source of fuel and oxygen to run, but they can produce electricity continually for as long as these inputs are supplied.

The MyCroft Fuel Cell technology differs in a fundamental manner.

It's an innovative and potentially game-changing concept known as a Recirculating Loop Electric Generator (R-LEG) and while it requires a quantity of 'hydrogen fuel,' this fuel is not consumed but sealed within a loop and is pushed over a catalyst to create electricity.

Therefore the system requires no 'fuel' other than a source of energy to move the hydrogen through the loop!

With all that being said here is a little more information regarding the market GBEN has now.

GBEN is thrilled to introduce its new technology as the outlook for fuel cells has continued to improve in the last few years.
Fuel cells are selling without subsidies in many markets and more than 700,000 fuel cells were sold cumulatively between 2005 and 2011.

Portable, stationary and transport applications are all exhibiting growth.

By 2015, conservative estimates see upwards of 25,000 units sold per year in each of the stationary and transport sectors, with clear potential for significant growth beyond this.

"There's been a dramatic turnaround in the past six to nine months of the need for this (hydrogen fuel cells) in the future" said Scott Samuelsen, National Fuel Cell Research Center director, in an interview. "What has not yet occurred is the action that will be needed to meet the needs by 2015."

* According to Bloomberg.com, by 2015, automakers including Toyota Motor Co. are aiming to introduce their first fuel-cell vehicles in the U.S.!

* Honda Motor Co.'s FCX Clarity and Daimler AG (DAI)'s Mercedes Benz B-Class are available now in parts of California, where environmental rules encourage zero-emission vehicles.

Over the last five years there has been a TWENTY-FOLD INCREASE in shipments of fuel cells with year-on-year growth in both units and megawatts shipped.

In 2010, total shipments of fuel cells grew by 40% compared with the previous year, approaching a new high of 230,000 units.

Portable fuel cells accounted for 95% of this total but there was substantial growth in other sectors.

Over 97% of fuel cells sold worldwide in 2010 used proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) technology, and most were hydrogen-fuelled.

Europe has been the leading region of adoption for fuel cells since 2009, followed by North America and Asia (including Japan), with all four regions (including the Rest of the World) seeing substantial increases in shipments over that time.

This opportunity for GBEN is so big that it can be a complete game changer on green energy.

Take a look at some of these very interesting subject titles in recent world news articles:

· Hydrogen fuel cells winning favor with the Department of Energy

· Fuel-Cell Frenzy Looks to Convert Obama Favoring Plug-Ins

GBEN intends to accelerate research and development of the MyCroft technology in order to optimize design efficiencies and to identify near term commercial applications and to ramp production from prototype to industrial product designs.

Key results indicate that the mechanical power from the expanding gas is converted to electrical power with an efficiency that is essentially one.

This indicates an effective 100% conversion at the catalyst.

This extraordinary result means that the overall conversion efficiency of the MyCroft device will be almost exclusively dominated by the force-to-pressure conversion mechanism.

Potential applications include:

Implantable Medical Devices, Prosthetics, Electric Vehicles, Manufacturing Facilities, Remote Sensing, Marine Power, Aerospace, Emergency Power, and Public Transit.

last post na ni naho bran.

subaya ang price ani nga company

if you have a brokerage account you can try buying this stock today at 9:30 am when the market opens

watch it closely and sell at once when the price goes up. these are the most dangerous and explosive stocks in the market, penny stocks. usually their prices range from below 1 cent to under $10.

the maximum amount i bet on these stocks is $5000 because they are very risky. with blue chips you can invest larger amounts like $100,000 because they are more stable in price but you dont gain much. it will take months or years before you can make a substantial profit with blue chips.

with penny stocks you can easily make profits of 5 - 10 thousand dollars every day

Legendary powers and age have been attributed to Mahavatar Babaji by the disciples of Lahiri Mahasaya. These stories have led many to believe that Mahavatar Babaji is a legendary person, rather than a real sadhu that was seen by numerous witnesses from 1861 to 1935.

Paramahansa Yogananda, in his Autobiography, described Mahavatar Babaji’s role on earth:
The Mahavatar is in constant communion with Christ; together they send out vibrations of redemption, and have planned the spiritual technique of salvation for this age. The work of these two fully-illumined mastersâ€"one with the body, and one without itâ€"is to inspire the nations to forsake suicidal wars, race hatreds, religious sectarianism, and the boomerang-evils of materialism. Babaji is well aware of the trend of modern times, especially of the influence and complexities of Western civilization, and realizes the necessity of spreading the self-liberations of yoga equally in the West and in the East.

In addition, Babaji is reputed to be ageless, according to some accounts, and about 500 years old around the late 1800s, according to Pranabananda. Yogananda reports that, according to the disciples of Lahiri Mahasaya, nobody knows Babaji’s age, family, place of birth, true name, or other details “dear to the annalyst’s heart.”

According to Yogananda's autobiography, he has a sister called Mataji (meaning "Holy Mother") who also has lived throughout the centuries. Her level of spiritual attainment is comparable to her brother's, and she lives in a state of spiritual ecstasy in an underground cave. Although only three pages in the book are dedicated to her, she is described by Ram Gopal as "young and surpassingly lovely" as well as a "glorious woman."

Yogananda frequently prayed out loud to "Babaji-Krishna."

Nia pay tigulang diri sa Mindanao.

Ompo Toyanguin Blas, a Mandaya lumad, said to be 120 years old and the oldest man in Davao Oriental

The man, Ompo Toyangun Blast, a Mandaya lumad of Sitio Matabang, Taocanga, Manay, Davao Oriental on the island of Mindanao has great great grandchildren.
Ompo Toyangun Blas, 120 years old, the oldest man in Manay, Davao Oriental on the Philippine island of Mindanao living near Mt. Kampalili, part of the ancestral lands of Lanos-Blas clans.
Ompo lives in a "nipa" hut in the shadow of Mt Kampalili, part of the ancestral lands of the Lanos-Blas clans
If this is true, not only would this make him the oldest man in the Philippines, but it would make him the oldest man in the world.
According to his neighbors, he is well known locally as the oldest living man in Davao Oriental, Philippines. At the moment, a Japanese man Jiroemon Kimura, at 114 stands as the oldest man in the world alive.
At his age, Ompo can still see and hear clearly. He eats only root crops, corn and vegetables, and not oily foods.

The oldest woman, a Filipina. Watch this vedio.

Development

In 2007, Quentin Tarantino, speaking with The Daily Telegraph, discussed an idea for a form of spaghetti western set in America's Deep South which he called "a southern", stating that he wanted "to do movies that deal with America's horrible past with slavery and stuff but do them like spaghetti westerns, not like big issue movies. I want to do them like they're genre films, but they deal with everything that America has never dealt with because it's ashamed of it, and other countries don't really deal with because they don't feel they have the right to".[32]
In December of 2009 Tarantino revealed that he had another project but wouldn't reveal any details except that it was less epic in scale and in a different genre entirely from Inglourious Basterds and that he could finish it in a five to six month period of intensive writing. On May 2, 2011, it was confirmed that project was the "Southern" that he had talked about in 2007, with the title Django Unchained, featuring the revenge of a slave on his former master.[33] Tarantino finished the script on April 26, 2011, and handed in the final draft to The Weinstein Company.[34] In October 2012, frequent Tarantino collaborator RZA said that he and Tarantino had intended to crossover Django Unchained with RZA's Tarantino-presented martial-arts film The Man with the Iron Fists. The crossover would have seen a younger version of RZA's blacksmith character appear as a slave in an auction. However, scheduling conflicts prevented RZA's participation.[35]
The film was shot in the anamorphic format on 35 mm film.[36] Django Unchained was the first Tarantino film not edited by Sally Menke, who died in 2010. Editing duties were handled by Fred Raskin, who has worked as an assistant editor in Tarantino's previous films.[37]
The first teaser poster was inspired by a fan-art poster by Italian artist Federico Mancosu. His artwork was published in May 2011, a few days after the synopsis and the official title release. In August 2012, at the request of director Quentin Tarantino, the production companies bought the concept artwork from Federico Mancosu to use for promotional purposes and on the crew pass and clothing for staff during filming.[38]
[edit]Release

The film is due for release on December 25, 2012 in the United States by The Weinstein Company and on January 18, 2013 by Sony Pictures Releasing International in the United Kingdom.[39][40]

It was originally reported that Will Smith was Tarantino's first choice for the role of Django, but in the end Jamie Foxx was cast for the role.[22] Additionally, Franco Nero was rumored for the role of Calvin Candie.[23] Kevin Costner was in negotiations to join as Ace Woody,[24] but dropped out due to scheduling conflicts.[25] Kurt Russell was cast instead,[26] but also later left the role.[27] When Kurt Russell dropped out, the role of Ace Woody was not recast but instead the character would be merged with Walton Goggins' character, Billy Crash.[28]
Jonah Hill was offered the role of Scotty in the film, but he turned it down due to scheduling conflicts with The Watch.[29][30] However, on June 15, 2012 it was announced that Hill was available and joined the cast, but in an unspecified role.[21] On April 4, 2012, Joseph Gordon-Levitt announced that he would be unable to star in the film because of a prior commitment to make his directorial debut on Don Jon's Addiction. Gordon-Levitt explained, "I would have loved, loved to have done it. He’s one of my very favorite filmmakers."[31]

Django (Jamie Foxx) is a slave living in the Deep South after having been separated from his wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington). When Django is held for a slave auction, Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz), a bounty hunter who poses as a dentist, frees Django from his vicious masters, the Speck brothers (James Remar and James Russo), and gives him the option of hunting down and killing the Brittle Brothers, a ruthless gang of killers whom only Django has seen. In return, Schultz will free Django from slavery completely and help rescue Broomhilda from the plantation of the charming but ruthless owner, Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio).[7]

Action icon Arnold Schwarzenegger makes his much-anticipated return to the big screen in Korean director Kim Jee-woon's hard-hitting US directorial debut, THE LAST STAND.

After leaving his LAPD narcotics post following a bungled operation that left him wracked with remorse and regret, Sheriff Ray Owens (Schwarzenegger) moved out of Los Angeles and settled into a life fighting what little crime takes place in sleepy border town Sommerton Junction. But that peaceful existence is shattered when Gabriel Cortez (Eduardo Noriega), the most notorious, wanted drug kingpin in the western hemisphere, makes a deadly yet spectacular escape from an FBI prisoner convoy.

With the help of a fierce band of lawless mercenaries led by the icy Burrell (Peter Stormare), Cortez begins racing towards the US-Mexico border at 250 mph in a specially-outfitted Corvette ZR1 with a hostage in tow. Cortez' path: straight through Summerton Junction, where the whole of the U.S. law enforcement, including Agent John Bannister (Forest Whitaker) will have their final opportunity to intercept him before the violent fugitive slips across the border forever.
At first reluctant to become involved, and then counted out because of the perceived ineptitude of his small town force, Owens ultimately rallies his team and takes the matter into his own hands, setting the stage for a classic showdown.
Arnold Schwarzenegger stars in THE LAST STAND. Directed by Kim Jee-woon and written by Andrew Knauer and Jeffrey Nachmanoff, THE LAST STAND also stars Forest Whitaker, Eduardo Noriega, Rodrigo Santoro, Johnny Knoxville, Jaimie Alexander, Luis Guzmán, Peter Stormare, Zach Gilford and Genesis Rodriguez. The film is produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura (the TRANSFORMERS series, RED, GI JOE, SALT)."
