3. Established and strengthened the Committee Secretariat.
4. provided consultancy services to the eight pilot municipalities-Dauis, Maribojoc, Malilihan, Calape, Getafe, Dagohoy, Pilar and Bilar.
5. Established the Legislative Tracking System to ensure an effective & efficient data banking & retrieval of all SP Resolutions & Ordinanes
6. Conducted a Fund Raising activity for the Senior Citizen Health care Program
7. renovating of the Vice-Governor's Office, four Board Members Offices, Pre-Conference Room and Sen. Aquino Session Hall.

There you go. Now the people has fair share of chosing whon to cast their ballots come election time. KODUS!

In politics, no permanent friends or enemies, only permanent personal interest. In past elections. Chatto, Relampagos and Hererra were dancing the same tune. While Aumentado and Cajes were singing the same song. Fast forward today, Aumentado and Hererra are swaying hips together, while Chatto, Relampagos and Cajes are having a concert together. A way to survive in the world of politics. Sad reality. So our basis would be, to chose the one tha has shown consistency in his performace, in uplifting the livelihood of the poorest of the poor, and not on whose side they are with now or who they support to... because that is not permanent.

Be responsible in using words TRAPO, I think you are using the negative meaning of it. Before you realize, that even your well supported CHATTO or Cajes,are themselves can be called   TRAPO.  TRAPO- those that makes politics a very lucrative business. They run in office not because of their own capabilities but because their parents were also in public office, as if it has become their birthright?  Aumentado, is himself the only man from his family in politcs.... . Chatto ang his family has been exchnging posiitons in politics.  Cajes is not the only one among his familly that holds office in government. Karon, kinsa man ang TRAPO?  In reality Trapo is dyed in the wool politicians that create political dynasties,  those who look after the welfare of their family then constituents later. True enough his gamble paid off as his Cona was reinstated after being revoked, designed by the wily GMA that whoever wins either Gibo by the Lakas machinery or Villar by his money, GMA would be spared from future prosecution...

Lakas, with Gibo being the Secretary of National defense of course had his intelligence network, sensing Aumentado's foxy moves, acceded to cajes demands that his wife be made the lakas congressional bet in the 2nd district, this was done at the eleventh minute to put both Aumentado & Chatto in the blinds. in desperation chatto had to summon the younger Jala to file his candidacy even in pajamas as cajes was nowhere to be found, that final hour of filing. There would still be a substitution anyway, desperate as it may seem, the ploy worked for the provincial Lakas.

and so it goes, desperate situations need desperate moves, EBA executed the perfect pirhouette, raising the hand of herrera under the nose of Gibo's banner... In a surprising twist of events Gibo got wind of GMA's balancing act, and resigned as chairman of lakas to fully concentrate on the campaign, Villar smiles, from pretending to be poor, his was the mighty hand that designed all these hullabaloo, Gibo's move was some kind of a signal to GMA's cohorts, loyal supporters of GMA jumped ship to guess where? Villar, ... Gibo in uneasy seas, has now trudged onwards on the wave of his credentials in the hope that the juggernaut that is Villar the future dictator could be dislodged from the pedestal that he is now building fast... Imagine, Villar putting in together in his ticket the left (Satur), and the right (the Generals), and for good measure the dictator's son (marcos) together in an alliance where all are hungry for power, which they may in the end exploit to the detriment of the country...a disunited upper house could be an advantage to a master manipulator.

LAKAS is a troubled party, sinking in the making. What's happening in the local scene is mere a reflection of what really transpires from its roots. They are on the loose, leaving most candidates seeking refuge. Members are confused with no funds on the way. How can a candidate survive? Unless, as Cajes had said " we are ready to fight the battle with Aumentado, we have saved enough money" from where? Diverting funds? Soon LAKAS will collapse, we'll see if Chatto would stay til the end. Too early to tell..... maybe they'll eat their words!!!

Evidenced was when in the middle of the night, the thieves were working on revoking the CONA of EBA. But so tiring na, your point is it's ok for Chatto to endorse a non-official LAKAS candidate? The truth is LAKAS is a sinking party. Even Gibo, already jumped off from it. The leaders themselves has questionable support to the party and to its presidential bet. Governors and mayors in the local area were wondering what's goona happen? There seem to an internal hemorrhaging going on... they are putting a face it is being resuscitated... but the fact lies... the bleeding is unstoppable. Once the brain is dead, the body and the vital organs are non functional and can be declared.... BRAIN DEAD, meaning  life support is futile.

November 2009, LAKAS candidates line up was complete. The eve of filing of candidacy, a maneuvering and switching was done. Erico's CONA was revoked. Long story short, it was reinstated. But the damaged has been done. trust issues were questioned... loyalty was checked. Since then on, Chatto has openly showed his unprecedented support to the Lady Cajes, who everybody knows even from the beginning really was interested to be the 2nd district congress bet as insinuated by the solon himself, Roberto Cajes. Twice,Teodoro came in the province, flocking like lost lambs, it is always the Cajes couple, along with Chatto and his people gathered around the presidential bet, as if to show to the people that they were really in control.

ircumstances, do yo think EBA is dumb enough to insist himself on these very people? Given the situation in 2004 election, when at the last hour, sample ballots were changed in favor of Rene Relampagos, thus resulting to Erico's lost in 1st district? It has always been that way. Now, how can Erico campaign, if Chatto gave his support to Cajes? Would he proclaim both Erico nd Cajes as his candidates in 2nd district on his sorties? More resignations hound Lakas-Kampi. According to Nograles, he is now confused and seem to be out of the loop. The local troops are now as confused over this event. Lakas-Kampi-CMD members have also low morale  because of the resignations. When Pichay was asked if the party can attend to these requirements, he said" You better ask Ronnie Puno". Gibo's resignation as chairman may lead to more defections from Lakas-KAmpi. It shows that there are problems with the party. Tanada said there was nobody in the party leadership imposing discipline within the party. And amid the defections, even party elders were not cracking the whip on members.....
