There were a lot of threads / exposures on this topic in the past. And all I could say are the following:

1.  Being human, be it heterosexuals or homosexuals, we are sinners... and since God is forgiving.. and when the sinners repent... there is heaven.

2.  reflecting the bible....I was an ex-seminarian and I've encountered phrases like this " the value of sin changes ... as time changes..."

3.  in this dynamic world especially in corporate,  we are not talking anymore about gender..., sexual preferences, we are talking about performance.... quality performance per se.

4.  look on our surroundings... the achievers do not belong only to the straights...either men or women or anybody would be great if they are determined to be so.

In addition to the previous post, we must understand nga daghan ta mag-angay angay aning loteha, so meaning daghang ideas...ergo there is a need to integrate these varying degrees of interests and so on..we cannot materialize kon walay designated organizer or developer or administrator...

The point is..we have to appoint an individual or an entity that would take care the conceptualization of the project, convening of proponents is not anymore a question kay duna na..  I will bring this matter to an business angel who will support us from creating a ready loan facility ...as investment assistance sa kulang ug kwarta...aron mapalit ug bulto ang yuta... and then, we need to make a development plan... and then we could estimate the capitalization required for constructing the common amenities and facilities... and if those owners want to have financial assistance in building their houses at least maapil nato sa plano...

Basta when I get home pohon (hapit na) this is one of my prime agenda.  Don't worry duna koy maduolan for possible management of the project... Good luck to us.

On the issue of payments for those who are not yet prepared to shell out funds at this time, I will explore the possibility of creating a facility through bank that would be acceptable to all proponents...

This will be part of my agenda sa pag-uli nako. Will keep you posted of any developments...I hope nga wala pa  motaas ang presyo sa yuta upon knowing nga daghan diay interesado diri sa TB forum.

Basta sa July 6 after the scheduled visit of the lot on July 5, duna na tay stand for this project.  On the arrangement of payments and fund sourcing, I will take the lead in ensuring that we will materialize this TB dream...

Duol na baya ang Grand EB... we're counting na those interested to participate, free ni siya but there's a dress code coz am conducting this gathering (evening socials) in time for my business launching... except for the tour which is scheduled either before or after the evening socials..

Daghan na man diay nahitabo diri sa TB na-absent lang ko for a day. Ang EB para sa tanan nga gusto mokuyog, walay pili basta ma accommodate.

For the July 5 mini EB, pwede ko... kay magcanvass man ta sa lote for the Tubag Bohol Village.  Pwede kuyog nako sa sakyanan mga 7-8 free walay bayad. Sa pagkaon mo-chip in ko (not only for me but kadtong walay ikashare) maayo unta nga daghang taga abroad nga mokuyog aron duna koy kashare...hehehe.

I do apologize for the change of date, but as also posted in the past, the organizer reserves the right to adjust for the most convenient time and availability of venue.

As confirmed, the venue for the evening socials is only available on the 27th
(Sunday).  Duna nay nakareserve sa Saturday.  And I find to have the Tour to follow the evening socials inigkaugmaan.

But if majority prefers to have the Tour of Bohol earlier (before the evening socials ) okay ra pod.  Ang ako man gud, kapuyon nata sa socials kay daghan pa ang i-prepare, mas maayo man gud kon ang Tour ang last activity kay aron inig ka ugma mamahulay na ta. (hehehehe)  Let us see how we will go through with it.  Duna pa tay almost 2 months to synchronize the affair.
