and..... her budget for 20 persons daw sa lunch is mga TINGALIG 3,000pesos... pwede sad pun-an if nahan pata daghan food...

so guys, I want you to decide about the Lunch nato pohon... please have some comment ha....

While the mini.eb and da grand eb are fast coming, everyone in the Tb is excited to join. While invitations are sprouting like mushrooms, do you think many are excited about it? Nay sir, nay mam. There are other tb members who have da desire to join just only wish. They dnt have da resources to join. Though a little amount is pegged 4 da said event,other members just decided not to attend and just spend the money to buy rice, viand, etc. It is a fact that tb members are from different walks in life-the rich, not so rich n poor all are in tb because of new friendships build. There are those members who are volunteering to sponsors for their friends. For the organizers of the ebs, please make it clear if what are free during da event. Dili tanan makaatend tungod kay expensive...
da mini eb/grand eb convenors should make it clear what are da fees or free ba. Whether we like it or not there're many members who will not attend because of the expenses. Pero f wala jud ikatampo, y mamugos man pud mangapil, di ba? Kadtong nag.invite maghunahuna sab nga naay mga luoy

additional: there are many ways nga dili kaayo expensive ang eb. Or mas nindot naay mosponsors. Mas ok di ba? Charity begins at home. Ang ubang nga idea like mag atv, etc ok man pero daghan ang di makakuyog..nagpaikag.ikag lang na cla. Why am saying all these things? It's a fact nga daghang members manguyog but dili nalang tungod sa expenses. Wala man gud gispecify sa mga convenors if asa ang naay fee or asa ang sponsorship. Uwaw baya nga after nagtapok mo and tigkuha na sa bill kay walay kuwarta itampo di ba? On the other hand, there're members who personally confessed that 'tb's eb is for the rich only.' n to think when tb was created by mike it's 4 everyone whoever and wherever who are.
ill not attend sa eb bec of the sadnes i feel 4 myself n other members.

St.Agnes, you are really a darling to have enough courage to organize this planned mini-EB in honor of Ms. Edelweiss and the rest who can't attend that Grand TB EB due to short time vacation schedules whom Mr. Junayag is the promoter.

The ideas posted are interesting and pretty good. May I suggest:

1. that instead of EB in Brewpoint at 10:00 make it an hr. earlier (Pilipino time as what observed during our last EB);

2. Where to lunch must be specified where and how much each person must have to contribute. Simplylee's offer for 3,000 Pesos for 20 persons is reasonable with those delicious mentioned food. (Please see to it that one or two kindhearted will pay for all......some Santas and/or Santos? );

3. Make it sure that those who will attend and go with to experience ATV can afford that 700 Pesos each (louy baya pod ug magtan-aw lang) .....any Santas in that group who will pay those who can't afford? If everybody get no chance to enjoy this due to lack of COH better look for a cheap and other interesting alternatives; How about a beach party in one of our beautiful beaches and let Simplylee prepare the stuff for another reasonable price....maybe for 100 to 150 Pesos each? I thin this is more bibo gjod. And/or better that Loboc boat trip (rent that boat for a dancing party) after visiting chocolate hills and/or Sagbayan Peak?

4. Singalong and/videoke is quite interesting but only to those who really can and knows how to sing otherwise the rest will be drunk due to boredom. And remember in Bohol Tropics ( room for 7 to 8 persons costs 2,000 Pesos without snacks and drinks). Another contribution again and/or some Santas or Santos who are willing enough to back up the expenses?

This is just a way to find a cheaper solution. tnxs

If those who are really interested to meet other TB members, could be nice and would be happy to see them in Brewpoint for a short introduction with a cup of coffee and/or bottle of coke and make some short chats . Meeting/knowing each other personally whom we are intimately exchanging/practicing virtual friendship doesn't mean "you are poor because you're home and you are rich because you came from abroad". It's a fact nga daghang members manguyog but dili nalang tungod sa expenses. Wala man gud gispecify sa mga convenors if asa ang naay fee or asa ang sponsorship. Thank you for your message, you are right that some of our TB members are poor and can't afford to join some activities due to finacial reasons, i'm very much aware of this fact and i'm trying to figure out how to meet my poor friends in TB without them spending any single cent and still having the fun of their lifetime. I wish i'm rich enough to invite every interested member to join all the activities for free. i can only afford to invite few, how i wish i can invite them all but its beyond my reach.

Since i started this mini EB issue, i would like to suggest that we will cancel other activities like ATV and dinner until further notice.(kay na guilty kaayo ko, sorry Leo nga nagpa ikag ikag mi nimo) lets just proceed with our lot visit to corella and lunch. those who would like to join us are very very much wellcome especially Leo. food and drink are all provided just bring your good mood.
Elsie's santa will take care of everything.

we are open for any suggestions,critics and complains.

Bams, if they only know hows life here in Europe, we are saving for 5 years and will spend it for few weeks hoping to make our relatives and friends happy. we deserve to pamper ourselves too if we go home for a holiday once in every blue moon. i'm trying to be a good christian and give my support to my poor families and friends at home in any way i can and i dont expect anything in return God had rewarded me enough.

You must have to realize that every plans would not be perfect as expected. Our last pre-mini EB as Paul suggested with other TB attendance was also a disappointment. Kaboutan ni Paul siya ra gjod mi-abot even though I prepared a barbeque for about for 4 persons as planned (everyone who didn't appear had a reasonable grounds of his/her absence). I even telling Paul to bring his gfs, mother and whoever. So, we just make the best of it, interesting to know each other in person at all. On that very TB EB (Dec. 30, 2007), as suggested...first to attend the mass, good that Markus came with me otherwise I was alone. Well, it was not a compulsory. As agreed to meet at Brewpoint on time....Markus and I had waited unless, until the rest come over. I even ordered Paul to run to pick up Mari who lives nearby for such excitement meeting them. One in one....slowly as used to and then it was just nice, fun and really lovely interested members came over... Esa with husband, Agnes with Bonie, Svetalana, Scott, Mari and Glen with Kyle. Our schedule for that orphanage visit was delayed for almost 2 hrs. The children patiently waiting knowing that group of Pilipinos ( Phil. time) are coming. And the day was nice..memorable and perfect in which I never expected. We were a group of reliable persons and this is a good basis. Lesser the better...you have time and chance to talk with each other.

As I had mentioned.....everybody is invited to attend to those who are interested to meet other TB members but we never intend to squeeze anyone to come over. It is not a must to attend any TB Eyeball! It is an invitation who has time just for a short while to get knowing each other. There is no MUST ACTION in TB only there is in Life.... a MUST to die!

I salute to St. Agnes organizing this...I have still in mind what Sigbin/Paul said after perspiring a lot and tiredly running after to those who didn't came out from their shells: "sus Maam Bambi, di na gjod ko mo organize"...there is something in these words.

You must have to realize that every plans would not be perfect as expected. Our last pre-mini EB as Paul suggested with other TB attendance was also a disappointment. Kaboutan ni Paul siya ra gjod mi-abot even though I prepared a barbeque for about for 4 persons as planned (everyone who didn't appear had a reasonable grounds of his/her absence). I even telling Paul to bring his gfs, mother and whoever. So, we just make the best of it, interesting to know each other in person at all.
