One time a doctor said, basin scoliosis, another finding pud says straightening of the lumbar. Worse, giingnan ko sa usa ka doctor basin kuno Bamboo Spine. Gahilak ang beauty day. Maayo gani kay dili diay.

Basta sakit kaayo kung mag-spasm, dili ko kalihok, dili ko ka lakaw. Ambot ani. Sometimes, I feel so down. Magsige ra kog hilak.

I wanted to take a positive outlook. Dili na lang nako tagdon ang pain but sometimes, dili gyud madala og ignore.

I miss my paternal grandfather. This is one of his favorite verses.

I used to have this round glass pendant, inside it was a seed. I was told it was a mustard seed. It used to remind me of the verse all the time.

There was a time na all I eat was pasta, pasta, and pasta. There was a time when I go to this Italian resto in Quezon City everyday just to eat Puttanesca and Seafood Pesto for lunch and dinner. Burot gyud ko. From a 23 1/2-inch waistline to 29 inches in a few months.... Waaaaaaaaaaaa!

I LIKE TO EAT. I DO COOKING EXPERIMENTS FROM TIME TO TIME THOUGH I DON'T REALLY COOK AT HOME. Here's my list of favorite foods. Tan-awon nato kinsa'y maglaway diha karon...

1. lechon paksiw (kanang aslum-aslum)
2. paklay (kanag halang-halang)
3. inun-unan nga isda (kanang parat)
4. pork and chicken adobo (cooked by Sigbin! MMMMMmmmm!)
5. Seafood Pasta (with olive oil, basil leaves, shrimps, pickled olives, squid, seashells, parmesan cheese!)
6. Puttanesca (with lots and lots of parmesan cheese!)
7. sashimi (with lots and lots of wasabi! aaaaaaaaaaahhhh!!!)
8. Hungarian Sausage (served with hot sauce)
9. Sinugbang Baboy (cooked by Sigbin.... lami!)
10. Lucky Me Pancit Canton (yoohooooo!)

So, wala na lang pod sila misulod. The others insisted so I told them that I'll wait for them at Starbucks in Tomas Morato. Para madoul ko, they transferred to another bar. I forgot sa ngan. After an hour or two, they called me to meet them outside the bar.

I was surprised and a bit embarrassed kay nisinggit man gyud ang usa ka classmate pag-gawas.

"Vidaaaaaaaaaaaa.... ang nisayaw kay taga-Bohol."

Then he even asked me to go inside para ipa-ila ila sa guy. Wa gyud ko nisulod. Basin naka-ila ko niya. Lisod na!

An "exclusivist" evangelical christian group has been publishing booklets against Freemasonry and Rizal branding them as evil, satanic, anti-christ.

Such finger-pointing is an illogical, unreasonable, childish, unchristian act. They point their fingers at something they don't really know about and don't really understand.

One cannot be a freemason if one does not believe in God and the bible. So, who's evil, eh? 

Freemasonry, for your information, is not a RELIGION. It is a fraternity, a brotherhood of men, who believe and serve God (no matter what denomination or affiliation one has!) and his people. The center of their principles is based on the bible.

It just happened that the Freemasons during the Spanish times were also revolutionaries who are against the Spanish Government, which was basically ruled by the Spanish Friars.

Freemasonry is NOT AGAINST THE CATHOLIC CHURCH. They were against the oppression done by the Friars to the Filipino people.

I lived by 1st Corinthians 13, the book about Love. When I was a little girl, our Sunday School teacher required us to memorize the entire chapter. It was quite a challenge for us kay naa may chocolate nga prize kung maka-memorize.

As I grew up, I began to understand it and take it to heart. And I'd like to share it to everyone.

Everything beautiful, wonderful, and nice springs out from love. From love, there's forgiveness, faithfulness, and long suffering.

So if others find it difficult to feel and share love, let it spring first from within ourselves. Bahala nag dili ma-reciprocate. Let's just hope that in time, love will grow.

hiv/aids awareness and prevention is a big banner of the population health environment (phe) advocacy in the country today. it's a good thing bohol has lots of NGOs who work with the provincial government in this advocacy. there's PATH Foundation and there's the United Nations Population Fund. yeah, paul knows the contacts, too. i'll pm her landline number. ma'am nene is a seasoned teacher. there's also sherwin tutor. i don't know if you've met him. parente tingali mo. he's a very good painter. he's at home with paint and oil pastel. he teaches at the university of bohol college of fine arts. 

when it comes to watercolor, i guess you should enroll her under ma'am nene lungay. she's the best. the mother and mentor of all artists. she's quite of age now but she still paints and gives instructions to talented kids. she has her arts workshop every summer but, i guess, she takes in students anytime.

and by the way, he just opened his art exhibit together with the painting boxers. consul bandillo cut the ribbon with others guests such as former governor rene relampagos. congrats to glenn and his boxer students! cheers!
