Glen, to give you an idea, kung 20 ang mag bahin sa 40,000 sqm. each would have 2,000 sqm @ P30 = P60,000 plus processing for subdivision. If gusto nimo double 4,000 sqm, then P120,000 plus processing. Note nga ang fee sa pag subdivide, dili ga depende sa kadak-on sa area, kon di sa number of sides sa lot. Ang uban nga surveying company, mo charge sila per position of transit (instrument) kay pananglitan naay kasopan or naay tubig nga maagian, ila man na i-bakay ang transit kay basin ma basa. So mo charge sila kada bakay (mura ba sa jolinay nga kung dili sight mo bakay). So, depende pod ni sa Surveying company kung mo consider, labi na nga daghan ta.

So, it says that during this 20 years of trial period, time will be altered. The article says that speed of things these days are faster than actual 24 hour per day time and instead it is only 16 hours equivalent in one day. So, the saying these days "time flies" is true and I noticed it also. That means that our age will grow older, but physically we are still young.

I mean we humans have very poor perception of time. We percieve time as the actual movement of things and not the real atomic time. So, sometimes one day is just 16 atomic hours as maybe the earth rotates faster. I noticed that.

I also noticed some changes in my thinking. It seems my DNA is on the start of upgrading. I noticed humans are getting smarter and evolution start from the mind or way of thinking. Physical evolution follows with that the mind wishes.

I have seen a documentary about classification of intellegent life. Present Human technology is classified as 3rd generation of intellegence where maximum achievement is to travel outer space and could build a nuclear reactor. 4th generation intellegence means a civilization that could move a planet and harness all forces of a galaxy and controll time. To do this is to give up the present monetary system, no greed but cooperation, unselfish contribution of resources from all countries/mankind and unity of all scientists with great minds. All human kinds will be united and there is no more stupid war.

Maybe we are heading to this 4th generation of intellegence after this 20 years of trial on the solstice of 21 Dec 2012. I am excited to see what will happen.

New On-Line Application Process for the Issuance of the POEA Travel Exit Clearance for Balik-Manggagawa/Workers-On-Leave (BM/WOL)

The POEA, in its letter dated 13 June 2008, has informed of the new-on-line application process for the issuance of the POEA travel exit clearance for Balik-Manggagawa/workers-on-leave (BM/WOL).

Previously, OFWs would have to proceed to the POEA office and Philippine Overseas Labor Offices to apply for their exit clearance. With this online application system, the OFW can avail of the 2-way delivery system through the internet and have the clearance delivered back to their residence. There will be no need to go to the POEA. Since the application is online, this can be done virtually anywhere where there is an internet connection. This gives OFWs more time to spend with family and friends while vacationing in the Philippines.

To apply, the BM/WOL simply log-on to http://www.oecdelivery.com.ph/ and follow the instructions as detailed in the website. The service is available nationwide.

Should the BM/WOL decide not to avail of the 2-way Delivery System, they have the option to print out the OFW Info Sheet after applying on line and proceed to the POEA to file their application.

The BM/WOL may also secure their POEA travel exit clearance at the following:

a. Balik-Manggagawa Processing Division (BMPD), Service Area, POEA, Blas F. Ople Bldg. , Ortigas corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City

b. POEA Regional Centers/Regional Extension Units ( REUs ) and Satellite Offices

c. POEA-deputized OWWA Regional Offices and Units

d. Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLO) in various Philippine Embassies and Consulates abroad

e. Exit Clearance One-Way Delivery System (Dropbox) POEA Service Area

f. POEA, REU-La Union, Cagayan de Oro, Tacloban, Davao, POLO-Jeddah and Singapore, for the issuance of the Multiple Travel Exit Clearance (MTEC). The MTEC is a set of two or more clearances issued to workers-on-leave/balik-manggagawa (BM/WOL) for use as an exit document within a period of twelve months from date of issuance. It allows the WOL/BM who exits from the Philippines more than once in a period of 12 months to secure his exit clearance on a one-time basis.

For more information, the OFWs may also visit POEA website at www.poea.gov.ph.

This is also my suggestions to open a loan facility from Bank since everyone of us are busy and collection would be impossible, since some of us are stationed abroad. I trust that the good heart of Jun Ayag would put this project into a reality.

Also my sincere thanks to Simplylee and Gelyan who have done the physical efforts to make this possible.

Hence, payment of land would be bulk from bank and since the payment would be swift/instant, we could immediately acquire the land title with the indorsement of Mike to seek for Atty. Alicoy Lim's legal services. Accordingly the next step is to subdivide the land to ourselves. With this, I suggest Jun that you give me the lot number, so I could print the map from the DENR (free of charge). Having the shape of the land, we can then plan roughly the shape of each share. I recommend that Jun will give the map to Yu Surveying beside HNU downtown. I know them personally as his daughter is my classmate since elementary years until college and ever since, thier office is still standing. To me, they are the Ramasola of Surveying.

The above is necessary since most of us are only coming for a short vacation and this is the fastest way. Nobody would want to spend thier vacation just for this land and there are lots of activities you have in mind to fully enjoy your vacation.

Luckily, this good thing came just in the right moment for the Grand EB.

Since Jun is the organizer of the Grand EB and being a banker himself, I recommend that Jun Ayag would be our representative on behalf of Tubag Bohol people.

The overall concept of the video is great. Congratulations Leo.

However, on the technical and artistic side, it looks to me as if it is a storyboard. Video editing is obviously not professional and the transition between scenes are very rough and sudden. The inserted clips are simply dropped inside, untouched, unrendered and raw. To be honest, there is a long way to go.

So, kung duna pay mga intresado, akong suggestion nga mopalista lang gihapon sila didto sa maong thread. Bale mo extend ta ug usa ka simana ug ang atong deadline sa magpalista, kutob karong next Friday June 26.

Based kung pila ang madugang mo come up ta ug decision. Bale mo kuha una ta ug facts, then atong istodyohan ang facts, then the direction will be decided by everyone. For example, kung 3 or 5 lang ang madugang, puede atong minusan ang share matag usa, to accommodate ang 3 or 5 members. Apan kung example 20 ang madugang sa lista, mangita na lang ta ug adjacent nga lot for sale at nearly similar price kay ang purpose sa kadaghanan nga mag himo ug farm and rest-house.
