I was against the Marcoses in my teenage years.
I was hunted by the loyalist military.
I was arrested for taking photos inside the "Nipa Hut" compound
of the Romualdezes in Leyte in the 80's.
I was kept in a room. I was released when one of the supposed
interrogators knew me. But that was long ago.
Now, i am living in peace.
There are new guns now.

Bisyo Druga - Mental Hospital/ Or sa kalye mahimong Taong Grasa.
Bisyo Sigarilyo - Palyar Baga/ Dili mailisan ang baga.
Bisyo Waldas Wawarts - Buslot bulsa inig uli 'pinas.
Basta negatibo nga bisyo, negatibo pud ang resulta.

How about the positive vices? Naa ba? Yes, there are.
Bisyo Sports - Lig-on Lawas, Mogahi pa ang Armas, bwehehehe!!!
Bisyo Spiritual Upliftment - Maduol sa Ginoo, Mabuo pamilya, malangit pa.
Bisyo Focus Trabaho - Ma-promote, modako sweldo.

Question sa uban, unya dili na lang ta moinom ani?
Answer: You must drink daily. BUT? The body needs only 150 mL per day.
Take the shots before going to sleep, advise yan nang doctor ko.

DAGHAN LALAKE NAGTOO NGA LIG-ON SILA SA DECISION MAKING,
PERO KON BISYO NA HISGUTAN, MOLIKAY SA ISTORYA KAY HUYANG

Yes it is not.
But marriage is the training ground of all the great values and traits you aspire.

BIG YES.

So, kon

Kon mouli ka nga way wawarts? Isip-isip higala. Magbag-o ka na. ANG KAMINYOON,
TRAINING GROUND SA IMONG PAGBAG-O. Hinaot nakasabot ka.

Kanimo nagpa-konsensya, Manoy Gwargz. Bwehehehehehehe !!!

January 01, 2011, 08:10:06 PM
I have recalled a story related to this:

A father and his 7-year-old son were eating inside a Jollibee store,
when the son noticed a very young boy scavenging a nearby trash bin.

Anak (5 years old) : 'tay, luoy kaayo ang bata 'tay oh?

Tatay : Sagdi lang na anak. I-ampo lang nato na siya.

Anak : Dili 'tay oy. Naa man tay pagkaon, tungaon diay nako ni akong
hamburger, dayon ihatag nako niya.

Ug mi-action dayon ang bata.

Note :
Sana in 2011, maraming action hindi reaction.
Hinaot daghan ug solution, dili resolution.
God bless us all.

You were there because somebody had sent you.

You gave your last 100 pesos which is only a veeeery small fraction
of your financial blessings, but it was already a biiiig blessing for the kids.

That somebody had given you the opportunity to serve
the least of your brethren, and to let you experience what life was below,
way way below poverty line.

That somebody has wanted you to serve those kids more;
that is why you find time in writing your experience with those kiddos
and post it here. You are so blessed that, that somebody has chosen you, Bro.

That somebody is God.

Tomorrow, go find those kids again.
They need you.
God bless you.

THE YEAR OF THE RABBIT, 2011

02/03/2011 - 01/22/2012 (Metal)

According to the Chinese Zodiac, the Year of 2011 is the Year of the Rabbit, which begins on February 3, 2011 and ends on January 22, 2012.  The Rabbit is the fourth sign of the Chinese Zodiac, which consists of 12 animals signs.  The Rabbit is a lucky sign.  Rabbits are private individuals and a bit introverted.  People born in the Year of the Rabbit are reasonably friendly individuals who enjoy the company of a group of good friends.  They are good teachers, counselors and communicators, but also need their own space.

According to Chinese tradition, the Rabbit brings a year in which you can catch your breath and calm your nerves.  It is a time for negotiation.  Don't try to force issues, because if you do you will ultimately fail.  To gain the greatest benefits from this time, focus on home, family, security, diplomacy, and your relationships with women and children.   Make it a goal to create a safe, peaceful lifestyle, so you will be able to calmly deal with any problem that may arise.

Mommy Tess, Rabbit ra ba kuno ko kay tangkag kog dunggan. Nyahahahahaha !!!

a condom per se has no moral dimension.  how it is used by humans is another matter.  (i understand it's also used with prostitutes?)

i haven't fully explored the church's reasons for its opposition against condoms in particular, but its stand against all forms of artificial contraception in general is easy to determine just by the word 'artificial' itself.  i'll take the stand of the church any time because it serves best when it serves as both our moral and spiritual compass.

the church is not against population control; it is against artificial contraception.  that's a whale of a difference.

now, what's wrong with abstinence?

Sakto. Ang pagpugong usa ka lisod nga pagbuhat
kon kini dili hatagan ug seryoso nga pagtagad.
This reminds me of a youth who said he had never
masturbated in his youthful life (til now kay college student pa siya).
Because he really adheres to the spiritual mission of their youth group.
He was giving his testimony on stage in a youth conference.
But a priest did not believe him, and the priest even
brought his disbelief in his homily. Poor priest.
Mitoo ko sa bata kay he was witnessing the spiritual goodness
God has given him. Abstinence can be done.
Madugo lang. Di yata kaya nang priest na yon.
