Press Release: Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Arthur Tugade, together with Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) President and Presidential Adviser on Flagship Projects Vince Dizon met with Ms. Bi Yong Chungunco, Chief Executive Office of the Luzon International Premier Airport Development Corp. (LIPAD) to discuss ways to further accelerate the operationalization of Terminal 2 of the Clark International Airport (CRK) in Pampanga.
The inauguration of Terminal 2 of CRK is expected to be held on 11 June 2021.
The imminent opening of the new Passenger Terminal Building is aimed to boost the operational capacity of CRK will get a boost, tripling its passenger volume from the current 4.2 million to 12.2 million annually.
