QCPD Nabbed No. 5 Most Wanted Person of Masambong Police Station
Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director, PBGEN Antonio C Yarra, announced the arrest of the No. 5 Station Level Most Wanted Person of Masambong Police Station (PS 2) by virtue of warrant of arrest in Quezon City.
PLTCOL Ritchie R Claravall, the Station Commander of PS 2, reported the arrest of accused Alvin Cauan, 20 years old, and resident Brgy. Damayan, Quezon City at about 1:30 PM of January 19, 2022 along West Riverside St., Brgy. Damayan, Quezon City.
Cauan has a pending Warrant of Arrest for Rape under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code docketed under Criminal Case No. R-QZN-21-09714-CR issued by Hon. Roberto P. Buenaventura, the Presiding Judge of Branch 86, Regional Trial Court, Quezon City, with no bail recommended.
The courts of origin will be notified on the arrest of the accused.
“Crimes against persons like rape have no place in Quezon City. Thus, the QCPD strengthens its force in ensuring public safety through a more intensive service of warrants of arrest against those criminals who have long been hiding in the law,” said PBGEN Yarra.
PMGEN Vicente D Danao Jr, the Regional Director of the National Capital Region Police Office, congratulates the QCPD for its consistent and persistent operational activities. He also ensured the public that NCRPO is always at service to people to guarantee their security and convenience. ###
