The Big Heart of the CPNP

With his build, he is relatively a big man, but it is the BIG HEART of the PNP Chief, Police General Debold M Sinas that makes him known and admired in the police organization.

The latest of Chief, PNP"s random acts of kindness and compassion was when he unceremoniously visited some patients at the PNP General Hospital last December 12, 2020.

PGen Sinas was warmly welcomed by officials and staff of the Health Service headed by its Director, Police Brigadier Director Nolasco K. Bathan.

PGen Sinas comforted, exchanged pleasantries, and gave cash gift/financial assistance to police patients, including some dependents, in confinement at the different wards of the tertiary hospital of the PNP.  He also inspected the following HS facilities: Physical Medical and Rehabilitation Service; Supply Section; and PNPHS Multi-Purpose Hall. Capping his first PNPGH visit as Chief, PNP was presiding a conference with the key HS officers and staff.

Of course, the CPNP's Saturday surprise visit to PNPGH wards brought overwhelming smiles and warmth to the patients and hospital staff, which has once again demonstrated the usual caring and fatherly traits of our Chief, PNP.

This may not be surprising though to his aides, for hospital visitations to see the wounded and sick personnel and their dependents have been a way of life for the Chief PNP even before his appointment as the Top Cop. His sterling leadership qualities have, in fact, endeared him to the countless men and women in the PNP whose lives he had touched. Yes, they speak volumes of the narrative about him as a police officer. He may be so strict at work, but beyond the man's unquestionable passion and dedication in the service is a big heart of a compassionate, generous, and loving guy that everyone will fully admire.

It was indeed a short but meaningful visit for the 25th CPNP sharing his time and his big heart with the patients at the PNP General Hospital.
