KINSAY CORRUPT NILANG DUHA ACTOR CESAR MONTANO OR SI CONGRESSMAN EDGAR M. CHATTO???
As we know Cesar montano is a NEW face in bohol politics while Chatto is a experienced or season politician...Kinsa nilang duha makahatag ug dakog kausaban sa bohol politics nga karon haskang hugawa sa maong piniliay sa Mayo 2010... Mga botante Vote/ Kinsay corrupt nilang duha? Chatto or Montano???

unsaon pagka kurakot ni Cesar nga wa paman na sha naka lingkod? it think di ni kinahanglan i pangutana pa. this thread is a no brainer and needs to be deleted. (just my opinion)

I think the right question is who got experience, skills and leadership. Local administration is just like running a business. If we don't the have the necessary skills, experience and leadership everything will be a total futility. Physical attributes are not the qualification we are looking for in a candidate but knowledge, potentials, experience and what he is capable of. We cannot compromise the future of Bohol to someone who lacks the desired qualifications. Am sorry but montano doesn't deserve our votes.

Business is profit based, politics should never be approached in a business like manner, otherwise politicians will run to benefit financially and not in the sole purpose of public service.
