Asa naman si Cesar Montano? Ming withdraw naba siya sA pagka governor sa Bohol kay murag hilom man kaayo iyang pangopanya...Wala siya media bureau ,walay fancy nga political ad sa newspaper ug radyo...Mingaw iyang machinery...

if you want to know where's cesar, you can follow sunshine in her twitter account kay sigeng update ug asa na silang dapita sa bohol..

mag unsa manang twitter kung dili siya visible sa mga tawo sa radyo ,newspaper, og sa mga caucuses, barangay hall meeting and forum...kinahanglan mo pas pas si Boboy montano kay behind kaayo siya ni Chatto and Herrera sa away sa pamolitika...dili ma silbe nga artista siya kontento na siya nga pagka sikat...dili na mahimo kay ang mga bol-anon maminaw jud unsay ikahatag nga maayo sa mga bol-anon...

i was just answering your question. maybe, cesar has his own plan. he's very much aware of the latest trend of the politics here in bohol. it's up to him if he wanna be behind or stay closer with his opponent.
