Training Course on Good Governance by DCAAP
« on: October 02, 2009, 10:14:06 AM »
I regularly receive invitations from DCAAP since I had previously joined one of their trainings. This training might come in handy for local leaders in your own hometown if you think they need it. Maybe any of you can sponsor your howetown's LGU or even down to the barangay captain. It just came to my mind that instead of criticizing our local leaders for their blunders, maybe, just maybe... the just don't know how to do things and they need some kind of "extra instructions" to be able to perform bette as leaders. This will definitely the last of the "life improving" trainings I will post.
