anyway, winnability is the problem of atty. abapo. he's up against congressman cajes who is very popular in the second district where abapo also traces his roots.
since there is no candidate from the third district in the gubernatorial and vice gubernatorial derbies, chatto/cajes and herrera/abapo groups must have a strong third district congressional candidate.
also, the d and e classes (more than 50% of the voting population?) of our society are more inclined/likely to vote for the popular cesar montano. hence, the a,b and c classes will be divided between the groups of chatto and herrera. i suggest then that chatto and herrera focus on the d and e classes.
lastly, the three possible candidates are, i think, have more or less the same personal financial war chest. the candidate then who is closest and dearest to boholano businessmen will be at an advantage, moneywise.
