henceforth, makakita ta ug tarpaulin or billboard ug congressman (nga niahat ug kagwapo sa iyang hulagway sa epal) announcing to all and sundry that he's responsible for such and such a project, THINK that:

1) naa siyay kickback sa funding ana nga project

2) he's not supposed to undertake infrastructure projects because he's supposed to legislate, and

3) that billboard or tarpaulin is overpriced

aside from legislation attempts at changing the name of edsa to cory aquino avenue and attempting to change the name of carlos p. garcia avenue in tagbilaran(?)...

tangtanga nang mga epal nimo, congressman relampagos.  (i saw too many for comfort during a ride from tubigon to tagbilaran late last year.  naa pa ba na sila hangtod karon?)
