It is rather a small amount but he is confident he can make do of it only to help the jobless in this part of the province. He said that with the capability trainings that he and his team will give to interested parties, people can be surely equipped with the much needed expertise for one to earn a living. Besides, the vigorous coordinator mentioned of some financial organizations that he tied up with, which are willing to grant loans to groups or individuals to as much as P50,000.00 after attending the training.

The young and bubbly proprietor of Eastern Samar Institute of Technology (EASITECH) who now manages the BBC to while away his time while awaiting completion of other requirements to reopen his modest institute is all praises for NAPC's Secretary, Imelda M. Nicolas. According to him, the lady was generously facilitating so as to grant him the aid minus the long and tedious procedures he so expected of bureaucracy.

Asked if he could still avail of more assistance in the future, the friendly coordinator quipped: depending on my performance. At the moment, he concentrates on extending assistance to seemingly hopeless poor in giving them the necessary skill and start up capital to get busy and earn a living. As the interview progressed, Jun candidly shared his financial fall with hi struggling institute and his recent God-given chance to rise up again, morally and spiritually. A computer expert himself, he used to run the local computer but the latest changes the requirements of CHED have seemed to add up to this predicament. Nonetheless, he does not lose hope. Recently, he received CHED's order to open the high school department of his school, however, it came rather late for the class opening. At the moment, pending the permit from TESDA plus some more minor nitty-gritties needed for the full operation of EASITECH, Jun will focus on giving a hands-on orientation and training in the world of work.

True to his school's credo, ("WARAY KA! Waray sugad hin kaarisgado, waray sugad ka tangkod, waray sugad kabootam…Igdasig mo, WARAY KA!) Jun invites jobless and other interested Eastern Samareños to avail of said trainings with very much affordable training fees ranging from P50.00 to P250.00. (PIA-Eastern Samar)

"If you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved."
