I think I had asked one of the administrators in here if it was that easy to do. That administrator told me it is hard to pin point where the user could be using the IP at? or if I am wrong maybe the main administrator could take the time to explain it better?

I use to think it would be easy also to go after whomever was being rude on the internet by tracking down the IP adress. I was wrong in my thinking.

The laptop could be registered in example let us say tim buk two and be being used in Philippines. Or was it really the one registered who is sending such info from that IP?

anyway, ip addresses comes in 2 packages, dynamic and static

dynamic means mag-usab-usab evrytime magrestart ang modem ang static is dili,

most internet cafes have static ip address

even if you have dynamic ip, the ISP logs your IP at any particular time.

It means na no matter how much you change your IP address, matrace gihapon ka nga at certaion instacnce, ikaw naggamit ana nga IP address

There are ways to falsify or to beat the system. That is by using a proxy server. But still, proxy server logs evrything it has.

Hail to Montano! despite of his lisod na sitwasyon kahapon, he was able to stretch the truth and address the current issues in Bohol. Montano hit the nail right on the head, sa tubag niyo on the most pressing issue on youth. Tinood na contamited ang leadership sa SK with unjust agenda and they have proven it again yesterday. How cheap can you get Jane Cajes!? Asa paingon ang kaugmaon sa atong probinsya? If we already have youth leaders like this. Suggestion? ABOLISH SK IN BOHOL!

Kanang uban diha klaro kaayong trapo. Sa kadugay na political arena, na upaw na mao nga sigihan na lang og trapo ang pagka upaw.

To be frank, I don't like these trapos. What I detest most is their double-standards which is very much lopsided in favor of the rich. One such trapo has this tendency to help all the poor that go to him and also the rich who need his help. How many cases in court especially in the Sandigan Bayan and Court of Appeals that had been compromised to favor somebody through secret and corrupt arrangements. I know of one treasurer who had malversed money entrusted to him and was found guilty but his case was dismissed on appeal through the help of one old trapo. I can hardly believe this act of help the corrupt and thief to the prejudice of the municipality where this guy stole money.

Whatever happens to the more than 100m funds lost in a big irrigation project in Talibon. By maneuvering with courts or investigators, the case just disappeared by asking for new funds to finish the project.

Let's give others a chance, those who have better outlook for the people than for their own interest.

Kanang uban diha klaro kaayong trapo. Sa kadugay na political arena, na upaw na mao nga sigihan na lang og trapo ang pagka upaw.

To be frank, I don't like these trapos. What I detest most is their double-standards which is very much lopsided in favor of the rich. One such trapo has this tendency to help all the poor that go to him and also the rich who need his help. How many cases in court especially in the Sandigan Bayan and Court of Appeals that had been compromised to favor somebody through secret and corrupt arrangements. I know of one treasurer who had malversed money entrusted to him and was found guilty but his case was dismissed on appeal through the help of one old trapo. I can hardly believe this act of help the corrupt and thief to the prejudice of the municipality where this guy stole money.

Whatever happens to the more than 100m funds lost in a big irrigation project in Talibon. By maneuvering with courts or investigators, the case just disappeared by asking for new funds to finish the project.

Let's give others a chance, those who have better outlook for the people than for their own interest.
