FB post: Reminders before you let Healthcare workers take a swab test or blood sample for Rapid Mass Testing or PCR in your area and in your house.)
1. Buy your own gloves, request nicely to the frontliners assigned, to pls remove the gloves they are wearing and humbly ask them to use yours. Buy one ASAP.
2. Prepare a pale of water put them outside your houses, with some chlorine or a drop of zonrox. Let the Healthcare worker wash their hands properly with soap (sulfur if you have one) before touching any of your family members.
3) Take a bath after the swab test or wash your face with water and soap.
It is not having no trust with our Frontliners, they are also exhausted and often times drained, so it can't be avoided that they may forget little details. Remember they will be out the whole day under the heat of the sun during this extraction.
By doing so, we can also help them save a little bit of their supply and at the same time, keeping our family the precaution that we need.
Last, don't forget to pack little food and water and offer it to them, if you have extra. They badly need it.
Copy-paste to encourage awareness. Thank you.
