A group of men and women are busy making different sizes of the Philippine flag, the country's most important national symbol, at the Atlas Super Flags Store on Rizal Ave. in Sta. Cruz, Manila. The firm, owned by Lu Tan Gatue, has been making flags since 1910 and is one of the few flag manufacturers in the country accredited by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP).
