Making Philippine Flags
« on: June 01, 2012, 12:55:45 PM »

A group of men and women are busy making different sizes of the Philippine flag, the country's most important national symbol, at the Atlas Super Flags Store on Rizal Ave. in Sta. Cruz, Manila. The firm, owned by Lu Tan Gatue, has been making flags since 1910 and is one of the few flag manufacturers in the country accredited by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP). The peak season for the Philippine flags is from May to June of every year in connection with the celebration of National Flag Day and Independence Day. (PNA photo by Oliver F. Marquez)

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
