Yes, indeed, they do have a beautiful festival. The Ilonggo's Dinagyang is equivalent to the Cebuano's Sinulog.

The theme of the fiesta is the celebration of the Santo Nino Jesus Cristo.

The Santo Nino is also very close and powerful source of devotion to the Ilonggo as it is to the Cebuano. :)
